This PO is rather unpredictable, especially the hours are open. I have my mail delivered to a “cluster box” located off the main road. My only reason to go to the PO in Sterling is to pickup a parcel. Then it’s anyone bet if they will be there or not. They’re all very nice, it’s just frustrating at times!

This post office sucks! Extremely long wait times and the employees are very rude. Tracking delivery confirmation emails do absolutely no good because they continually misplace mail. Heaven forbid you move half a mile away they will charge you exhortant fees to pick up your mail. They won't deliver even if you submit an official USPS change of address weeks beforehand.

They need to have staff members who know what’s going on. In last two years I have been given price for box rental renewel that is wrong and had to send second check to them. Chuck must be there to lick stamps because he can’t answer any questions...
