I am So happy with service received from "Ross" at Torrington Post Office, a very pleasant, knowledgeable, articulate and caring employee, who took time to track and reroute a package that I had sent on 7/14/18 and had not been received by 7/25/18. Ross patiently tracked the package, assured me that it was still on way to destination and rerouted the package when it arrived from a vacated PO Box to the person's residence address (something I didn't know until the package failed to arrive there). Ross even took my name and phone number in case he needed to reach me after the package arrived at Torrington. The package did arrive in Torrington. Ross rerouted it automatically per my phone request, and all those who received the Hawaii candy were very happy when it finally arrived there. THANKS ROSS for you professionalism and caring response to my dilemma. Your supervisor also needs to know how well you treat your customers !!!!
