We regularly do not receive any mail for long periods of time. Our mailman left a note once mentioning my dogs barking in the yard- which can’t even get close to the mail box if they tried. There are barking dogs in almost every other yard on our street, and the majority of the rest of the neighborhood. Yesterday my partner came home to find an empty mailbox and a piece of bread on the corner of the fence on top of it, assuming she was trying to lure our dogs over to her which of course was impossible as there is a bush blocking any access of the mailbox from the fenced in yard. I’d understand being weary of violent animals however these dogs are anything but.

Had an expensive package that was supposed to be delivered to my home and signed for. Got a delivery e-mail that it was delivered- it was not and I was home the whole time. Checked and someone forged my name on the signature form, an obvious forgery, just printed. No way to follow up on line or even send them an e-mail.

Mail boxes are broken (often) & they refuse to maintain them. We received a package in box #9 and can't get our packages.

BLUF: I found the passport representative and her supervisor Danielle to be unprofessional and disrespectful. I had attempted to get a passport with my wife but was told my birth certificate from MN did not have a raised seal. The lady took my wife and my photos, copies of our drivers licenses and my wifes processing fee. The passport gal explained she would hold onto my information but returned my photo until I could return with a updated birth certificate. She also said she would not take my application fee until I came back. I returned today expecting to drop off my birth certificate, application fee, and photo. I set my appointment online and arrived at 3:05 for my 3:15. The line was backed out to the front door so I waited in line. After 10 minutes I was no closer to the desk at which time a couple with kids expressed they were there for their 3:30. When I was finally was seen at about 3:25 the passport staff expressed that she had called my time and processed the family ahead of me because I was a "no show". I explained my situation and she just looked at me like I was crazy...and then she expressed she didnt have a file and the previous passport person had moved to another station. I explained she had my application. She replied that she didnt need to take my attitude...when I said felt like she was the one disrespecting me...she stated that I needed to go to Colorado. I asked her for my documents...my PII. She said no and looked past me as if I didnt exist. I asked her about my package slip...totally unrelated...she said no. I said I wanted to talk to her supetvisor...she again looked at me like I had three heads...and I restated my request explaining I wanted my PII. She went in back and after a few moments Danielle, her supervisor, appeared with even more attitude....I explained the situation and told her I wanted my documentation. The passport gal threw 3 pieces of paper on the window and said "look, you dont even have an appointment and your name isnt here...so I asked the obvious question: if I didnt have an appointmet...why did you call for a 3:15 you didnt have? She got visibly embarrased and Danielle took my name and phone number. I explained I wanted my PII and that we would talk again and left. I dont care that a person left; I dont care that the staff behind the desk are angrier than county title clerks; and I dont care that the staff can choose to not serve me timely. I do care that I could not pick up a package; I care that my PII can be dismissed so casually; I am dissapointed that a person who no longer works in Cheyenne can take the blame for the current staffs attitudes and business practices.

The mail carrier is tearing tax documents in half and keeping the half with names and SSN's. Had the envelope not been fully intact before it was delivered to my box, there is no way the carrier would have known where to deliver it so there is only one person who could have the other half of my envelope. The mail carrier has my name and SSN now. Had anybody bothered to PICK UP THE PHONE, this could have been handled discretely.

Some of my neighbors and my roommate are getting in the habit of delivering each others' mail to the correct addresses because the mail carrier can't be bothered. Unfortunately, not all of our neighbors bother so we're consistently losing mail and packages -so reassuring when we're waiting for W-2's and other vital tax information.

I was gone for 3 weeks and my box was picked up by another person that I provided the key. That person did not go through my mail. When I got home I had someone else mail-in ballot, an invitation to an event as estimated from the envelope, and several other pieces of mail. Since being home each day I have received another persons mail in my box. This makes me question who is getting my mail and what do they now know about me that I don't care for my neighbors to know. I didn't want these central boxes to have to drive down the road to get my mail instead of going to the end of my drive. If I got wrong mail at the end of my drive and others did as well, I could just drop it in the correct box. As it is now, I mark on the envelope Delivered Incorrectly and drop it in the mail. Which causes the mail system to re-handle those pieces of mail a second or third time. That costs me money when you raise the price of stamps because of your inefficiencies. Please deliver my mail to me and others to them, and don't send my mail to anyone else or give me other people mail. Cheyenne, WY, Happy Jack Rd, Boundary Rd mail boxes. Also, please fix the tags for the keys. I can't read which box to open and have kept the keys several days until I have time to try all the boxes and the weather permits. Lastly, I tried to call and the loop that I got into by following the limited prompts that seemed to direct me to a category that fit the situation of "incorrect Mail Deliver" would not let me out of the loop and stuck me in options that did not pertain without directing me back to the mail menu or giving me an option that did not apply and when I hit the zero the loop just started over. Extremely poor situation.

The carrier in Saddle Ridge left the mailboxes on Snowy River Road just sitting open. They’re community mailboxes so anyone could grab anyone else’s mail or packages. And it’s Sunday so there’s no way to report it to anyone.

Why in world would you ring the doorbell to drop off a package? Stop! You scared the crap out of me, woke the baby, and got the dog barking! Stop ringing my doorbell! I’ve tried to call multiple times to speak with someone and no picks up the phone. I hope a supervisor will actually read this comment.

In the past three weeks, NONE , NOT ONE SINGLE PIECE of my personalized mail has made it into my mailbox. I get the morning notifications with pictures of my mail. I've lost birthday cards, I've lost checks, I've lost sympathy cards. Bills, ads, they ALL make it to my mailbox, but not my personal mail. I have a community mailbox, so no one is stealing my mail....except maybe our new mail delivery person. I live in Saddleridge, I've posted on both neighborhood Facebook pages, and there are MANY in Saddleridge NOT getting PERSONAL mail!!!!!!

I am having the same issue! It has been 18, yes 18 days since I got my place and still no mailbox keys! I was told 3 days, went in on the 4th day and told it would be awhile yet and they would call me. Today makes 18 days. I keep calling and no one answers the phone. I realize everywhere is short staffed but this is getting ridiculous! I have mail waiting in my box and packages but I can't get to them. So frustrated. I have tried to be patient...

It is absolutely ridiculous with all the technology and great customer care that other private owned organizations can get delivery right. Why can’t USPS? Every time anything I get is delivered through USPS it becomes a nightmare of tracking and lost packages. Not just during COVID. I understand this has impacted every organization. But, even before COVID I can’t get anyone to talk to me in person over the phone. After 30 min of pushing buttons and automated crap I am so upset to the point of tears. The USPS needs to have real people answering their phones and helping people. I spend hours of lost time away from work looking for packages. It’s no wonder Amazon started delivering their own stuff. Maybe more places should because the service at USPS is deplorable. I want to talk to real people.

I have a photo of one of your employees using a handicapped parking space in order to closer to the door. The photo was taken yesterday evening (Wednesday, July 15 at 6:38pm) upon returning to the car after buying flowers as well as other items. Perhaps he just didn't want to wheel his cart too far, being loaded with semi-heavy potted plants. . The car had been parked there for a while, at least 20 to 30 minutes. It was there when I arrived, and after I returned from shopping. I am [actually] disabled and use a service dog; therefore I am not a fast shopper. I waited for an additional 10 to 15 minutes before he returned with his landscaping flowers and groceries. . I am sure this is type of behavior is not tolerated by USPS. At least I would hope not. I choose to not believe the rumors about mail carriers and disabled americans, who were only 'having a laugh.' I am just not sure if I should send my photos to a few news outlets, where USPS can put all the rumors to rest once and for all. Or should I just send the the photo to you? I trust that discipline for such a selfserving act while wearing his USPS uniform, will be swift and appropriate for these enlightened times. . This only goes to prove that this man has no respect for the U.S. Postal Service, nor does he have any regard for its reputation. A false reputation, that can be quite damaging, in a world of email and texting.

This place is crooked. They should be ashamed, multiple people on Google have reviewed them saying that packages are always late or never come at all. Unfortunately, I had a very VERY important package that they lost and when I went there several times to ask.. all they told me was that it's "just lost". I don't know if they stole it or if they just won't deliver it.. but it hurts. That package had something that meant a lot to me from my dad and it's "just lost" even though it was mailed priority. I guess their customers don't matter at all to them...

No wonder the postal service is always crying about how broke they are! It is now 9:35 PM and I still don't have my mail. I had a package a week ago that the tracking showed at 8;00AM that it was out for delivery - I got it at 9.43PM!!!!! Also my neighbor gets my mail and I get theirs. Can't the carriers read the house numbers which are very large on our houses and they are on the mailboxes? I'm sure I will not get any answers to this complain, either!!!

This communication arrives by e-mail and speaks to a suspected fraudulent string of bills I receive from a certain, Publishers Partnership Services PO Box 1830 Cheyenne. Times many my incoming mail solicits me for subscriptions to periodicals such as the most recent one for CONSUMER REPORTS # $43.95 annual fee. The AARP Scammers List warns me about this suspected fraud. At this juncture I request your response detailing any additional pertinent warnings. <><><><>

Our mail carrier often delivers our mail/packages to the correct house number but the WRONG street name; 1 exact house number, but 2 very different street names. We can only hope the people who live on the other street will be kind enough to drive to our house and give us our mail/packages, as we have so often done for them. Disappointed in the service of the USPS carrier for our development simply because someone is assuming that since the house number is the same, the street name is the same as well.

I have THREE packages from Amazon Prime that were “delivered” to my mailbox yesterday ... however, there were no packages in my box (they wouldn’t fit anyhow), but there was not a key in my box either! (For the parcel box which I can only assume were already in use) This is not the first time this has happened. So instead of dropping the boxes at my door (huge inconvenience since I’m almost directly across the street from the mailboxes) I can only assume that the mail man just puts them back on his truck and will deliver them to me when it’s convenient for him??? This is getting old. I pay for Amazon Prime for a reason. If you can’t provide the service for them you need to let them know.

I have Amazon but I shop local and then go to Amazon for things I can't find. Dog food, child seats and other store items. Don't blame the postman for u just being a lazy person.

I have a lot of complaints!!! 1: I cannot depend on a time to receive my mail. lot of times my mail is open or torn to point of no return. My mailbox has been bent or warped so bad it will not stay closed or it is not at all then if it is raining or snowing it gets wet. I highly suggest finding people to do it right or let us all go back to pony express and get our mail in 10 days instead 4 to 6 months and ungodly prices to boot. We never even got the last two days mail.

I'm at 1128 Verlan Way,I'm in a wheelchair; I have ordered 2 priority guaranteed 2-day delivery from Amazon prime: I signed up for tracking texts to see what's wrong. Our carrier is leaving "pick-up" slips. If it's guaranteed delivery, is the carrier supposed to bring to my house? If not, I'll let Amazon know not to use USPS, as it's not guaranteed and as of late, even small packages have to be picked up by my husband. Is there a way to resolve this? When my husbands gone for work, I would have to get my mail at post office.

Seriously disappointed in mail carriers (more than one) that deliver at my Apartment Complex. Have had two pkgs stolen in recent months as they were left in the hallway WITHOUT knocking on doors. Just dropped them and took off. The most recent pkg was recovered quickly as I heard it being dropped at the door. I was home and a few feet from the door, for heaven's sake. In researching the sender's site, the carrier indicated that the pkg was left on the front porch. That would have been way safer if it were true. It was not.....I cannot afford the losses, being a senior and on a very fixed income.

Why even have a phone number listed if no one ever answers and you can't even leave a voicemail? There are people who work the only hours you are open and this is a major inconvenience. This on top of you changing my locks without any type of notification or reason. Severely unprofessional!
