Had a overnight delivery for my 9week old oxygen foot sensor because his other went had a short in it so paid for the overnight ad it's critical for him and the mail carrier put that he delivered it at 2:33 because it was money back guarantee after 3 we'll never received it and post office lady had no answers for me nice to know they care about medical safety of a baby what a crappy company

I'm at 1128 Verlan Way,I'm in a wheelchair; I have ordered 2 priority guaranteed 2-day delivery from Amazon prime: I signed up for tracking texts to see what's wrong. Our carrier is leaving "pick-up" slips. If it's guaranteed delivery, is the carrier supposed to bring to my house? If not, I'll let Amazon know not to use USPS, as it's not guaranteed and as of late, even small packages have to be picked up by my husband. Is there a way to resolve this? When my husbands gone for work, I would have to get my mail at post office.

Seriously--found a package ON TOP OF a home mailbox when the porch was 20 steps away. Have pictures and am going to social media on this. Mail carrier is a lazy person.

Seriously disappointed in mail carriers (more than one) that deliver at my Apartment Complex. Have had two pkgs stolen in recent months as they were left in the hallway WITHOUT knocking on doors. Just dropped them and took off. The most recent pkg was recovered quickly as I heard it being dropped at the door. I was home and a few feet from the door, for heaven's sake. In researching the sender's site, the carrier indicated that the pkg was left on the front porch. That would have been way safer if it were true. It was not.....I cannot afford the losses, being a senior and on a very fixed income.

Why even have a phone number listed if no one ever answers and you can't even leave a voicemail? There are people who work the only hours you are open and this is a major inconvenience. This on top of you changing my locks without any type of notification or reason. Severely unprofessional!
