We were traveling in West Va we stopped at the welcome center the mail carrier had two handicapped parking spots blocked all windows were down and the back hatch was up when I committed about the car not being secure she told me not to worry about it and I ask if her post master would worry about it I am a retired mail carrier she was very rude and she was not in view of the mail car
