Postal Locations

The mail carriers for this post office are a joke. I live in Highland Park and have had to file several claims in the last year because they deliver my package to the wrong apartment. Our building numbers are on the front and our unit numbers are on the effing door! They will cram a package into the small mailbox instead of placing it in the parcel box. I have had to request new products because, in order to get it out of my mailbox, I had to destroy the package and or item. I constantly receive other people's packages or mail. I had one carrier argue with me that he delivered the package to the right apartment and that I was wrong. Come to find out, it was GPS scanned at the last building on my road 5 buildings down from mine. They need to hire people who know how to read.

Service is absolutely terrible. Stop delivering mail because of poor road conditions on a private lane. ( I understand it was in bad shape). But never received any notification when delivery was stopped. Fixed road over two weeks ago still not getting mail delivered and every time we try to pick up mail office is closed. Stopped three times in one day and can't get mail. Why can't we get our mail!! No wonder post office is going under. Can't get any service.
