Apparently when the mailman is on vacation the substitute just drops the mail wherever to get rid of it. I have not received mail in 4 days and two boxes stayed delivered were not! Called and was told carrier on vacation and they would call the driver and have them come back since they turned around at the top of my driveway and didn’t even try to deliver the mail today. Where is my previous days mail and packages????? No help when calling guess I have to call the Postmaster

The branch staff are great! BUT, I have asked the carriers to not walk through my yard and they continue to do so. My regular carrier does not, but the substitutes do! And there are signs asking for people to stay off the grass.

So, it's weird. The South Charleston Post Office delivered my mail on Tuesday. I didn't get it out of the box but I saw it there. On Wednesday it was GONE!!!!!! Apparently the postal carrier picked it back up!!!! I can't get anyone at the post office to answer the phone to answer the question. I had bills that need paid. I saw them!!! now they are gone and NO ONE will respond or give any help!!!! What the hell are our taxpayer dollars going for?? I used to be an ardent supporter of the US Mail. Now? No way. If they won't even answer the phone they should be shut down and privatized.

I was calling concerning my neighbor's mail hold as she is out of town and because they did not stop her mail. My neighbor wanted me to call. I did call, but they would not answer the phone. I was trying to call a Mr. Craig, and I hope I got his name correct. My mail service it fine.

I have a package sitting at the P.O. in South Charleston, WV. It arrived at their facility on Saturday morning with 3-day and weekend delivery. They should have delivered in that day or at least on Sunday but they did not. What did I pay for? They need to get off their lazy butts and do their jobs like they are getting paid to do. Just because they didn't feel like delivering when they should have should not have an effect on me. I want my package NOW. An apology wouldn't hurt either. If they are too lazy to do a good job hire some people who aren't. There is no excuse and I really needed my package which is why I ordered it the way I did. Highly disappointed with this P.O. They can't even spell the word work.

Poor rating after talking to the supervisor about a problem that has been on going I was told that the problem was fixed and would not happen again well five days later I get notified that two things that I ordered had been shipped and were being returned because I don’t supposedly live at my address and I have no forwarding address and I have never moved and I made that very clear Monday to the supervisor now I’ve gotten nasty about it and have taped a note to the mailman that I do live here and that I am complaining and that he didn’t have the decency to leave a pink slip notifying me that my mail was being held at the post Office and it’s not being held they are just automatically sending it back the lady that used to deliver my mail knew that I lived here and she was kind enough to stick My mail in a box and set it in front of my door or hand it to me if she seen me outside and she always left a pink slip if I hadn’t seen her or emptied my mailbox that my mail was being held.
