Postal Locations

Tried to call 3 times on hold half hour plus or till disconnected after 15-20min the driver hit my garbage cans and I don't mean tapped he slammed them broke one. I didn't complain when he backed into my garage door but nuff is nuff. I use to have a nice mailman this one stuffs packages into the box that do not fit breaks things and then the customer service lol if a call cannot be answered this writing is most questionable but I will persue how to file a complaint better

I have nothing but positive things to say about the staff and location. Can't speak on mail delivery or phone calls (why call the post office rather than go down there, in person and show your a$$ rather than being a keyboard warrior??). I'm at Courthouse Sq on a monthly basis; more frequently in 2021 & 2022 during my divorce. I've seen a lot of ppl in and out of this location. They help each other at the window and move the line. I listened to staff make suggestions for copying at UPS across the way or cheaper shipping alternatives ... they even told me if I remove a metal clip, my large envelopes would be cheaper. I'm considering moving my pobox from 21203 to here but it's hard to let the city go. They do their job & do it perfectly! 5+ stars

Still waiting for delivery of my package dropped off to you by UPS 4 days ago 19 December, what is the hold up?

I am very upset right now. I have been calling for 2 weeks and no one and I mean one answers those phones. I had a package sent to Martinsburg WV and it says its been delivered but you delivered it to the wrong address which was 2 mins away from my friends house! I was on the phone video chat and saw it for myself there was no package there! I want you to change it NOT DELIVERED due to she did not get it and I had to call another post office to send the POST MASTER an email and yet no one has contacted me whats so ever!!! I am unable to put a claim in and it was a gift to my friend. Its sad I am posting for the second time and still no response!!!!!!!! MY NEXT STEP IS GOING UP THE CHAIN TO SEE IF THEY CAN HELP EITHER LOCATE MY PACKAGE OR GIVE MY MONEY BACK!!!!

I am very upset, my package that I sent says it was delivered but when she went to get the package out of her mailbox to get the key to open it the package was not there. At the time of her getting the package we were doing a messenger chat with video and it was not there and YES I SAW IT WITH MY OWN 2 EYES, IT WAS NOT THERE!!!!!! I HAVE TRIED CALLING AND I HAVE GONE TO MY POSTAL SERVICE WITH NOTHING BUT GETTING THE RUN AROUND. I WANT SOMEONE TO REACH OUT TO ME ASAP!!!!

I signed for a letter to be left the next delivery sag and I still have not gotten my letter a week later. I stopped in and was told someone would call with the letter location and still nothing. And of course no one answers when I call

Checking on undelivered Express Mail, sitting idle since 26 Dec. Similar to most of the other concerns. Phone rang for 5 minutes during 0855-0900 time frame on 8 Jan. No one answers. Why publish a phone number if no one will answer the phone? Does the phone actually ring in the post office?

I have been trying to reach the postmaster but the phone just rings and rings and no one answers. I want to complain about our mail carrier but who can you contact?

Never answers the phone; Fax # has been disconnected and 2 reports have been filed through the national number. And no response from the post office. They actually closed the first complaint out with no actions taken.

My daughters medicine was messed with and now my letter from my sister is missing. I have the email where they scan your mail and let you know what’s coming. I called the police this week and finally got my daughters medicine. I am so sad that next week I will have to file a lawsuit just to get my mail but I have tried everything and nothing works. I hope they are not treating me differently because of my faith.

So mad! Tried calling 800 number waited for over an hour for a return call. Then when they returned my call they hung up and never connected me. Tried calling the 800 number and the phone just rings nobody answers! So pi$$ed

This is the worst post office EVER, they never answer the phone - just rings and rings. WRONG postmaster listed - lady has never even worked there and they won't remove her name from website. Mail carrier is horrid. He walks up our steps, delivers mail, then walks across our front yard, kicking over solar lights that line our walk. He broke one last week, so I told him not to walk through the yard, and fenced it off. Now, he is holding our mail hostage and refuses to deliver because he can no longer walk through our yard, rather than down the same steps he uses to deliver the mail. And I have NO ONE to contact!~

At 7:36 today 12/14 our mailman left a package and outdoor as he walked away,he made a remark about a weird remark about our house. It is on ring cam. Thank you, Pamila K Melander

Really dislike the fact that I moved not very far from Inwood but now have to call the Martinsburg Post office for questions or issues. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!!!!!!! It just rings. Pretty frustrating. Really miss the Inwood post office.

Over the past year or two, I have tried several times to call the Martinsburg PO with questions about our service. The phone rings and rings and nobody EVER picks up. (I have let it ring for up to 5 minutes on more than one occasion.) If we ran our business this way, we'd have been gone long ago. Guess that's what happens when you get your money from the government -- no accountability. Our usual postman is great, but this office is a nightmare!
