Post master was rude and hateful with me, not doing her job when i called and had something verified with the irs saying she can do it and she said she wasn’t going to do it.

I had a package delivered to the iaeger wv post office 24844. the tracking said it had arrived at the post office. I stopped to pick it up and the lady said it had no address on it. So she sent it back That makes twice that she has did this. I have proof that it had a physical address and a post office box on it. Why did she send it back to the sender. When she knows who the package went to. This has happened to other people as well.

We have had so many problems with the new post master it’s a shame ! My son asked her for a change of address & she said she wouldn’t know where to begin to find a form or how to fill one out ...I mean that’s her job! Plus I ordered something & it’s been in my area TWICE yet she doesn’t know where it is! She has been RUDE to customers & ignores customers! Please do something!
