Postal Locations

Please I need your help I have come many times and I have not had a concrete answer to my problem, I was told to inquire at Customs of Ecuador I already did it in all the offices they sent maills where they say that my package never entered Ecuador Who arrived in Chicago but did not leave for Ecuador. Postal office and Customs of Ecuador say that I file a formal complaint from the office that makes my shipment I have researched several users of Postal office and one of them the package that had to go to Uruguay had sent to Africa and arrived months later To another friend sent from New Jersey to Florida had paid special rate so that it arrives fast according to postal office it arrived at the 3 days but it was not so I take to the 21 days Please, I urge you to investigate or demen a phone number to whom I must appeal., Logically I think that you are responsible because I send from here and pay here
