Very disappointed I have a package that was to be delivered to my house April 13,2023 it said it was delivered and it was not. It was a gift for my daughter for her birthday I want a answer for this missing package

Requested redelivery of a certified letter for this past Saturday (5/29/2021). We were home ALL DAY. Go to check mail box, and the sorry we missed you, or whatever it says, tag was in the mail box. Again, we were home ALL DAY! No one ever came to the door. This is not the first time this has happened

My son and his wife moved out of our home 4 weeks ago. They filed a change of address. Their mail and my wife's and mine were rerouted to their new home. The post office was called twice, a new change of address was filed, and our mail is still going to my sons new address. It looks like the post office doesn't bother to look at the first names and is simply sending all mail with Oruro last name to my son's new house. This happen 7 years ago when another son moved out! I'm so angry that I have to take time to fix this again!!

They were supposed to deliver a package of mine and it said basically that they came to my house with my package, then left with my package and took it back to the post office. they didnt leave a note or anything. just leave the f*cking package on my doorstep or mailbox whats so hard about that?

I heard this carrier in this area was horrible. NONE OF the comments On the USPS (below) took place. Someone was at the house ALL DAY. THIS was at hegesville post office 551 AM today. I just moved here and they are already terrible. They had marked that they had delivered over $1k worth of things but never even made an even, I know because I was outside all morning. They did the same thing yesterday, saying my driveway was blocked which is impossible because it is long AF and open AF. I tried calling the post office within their scheduled hours to ask why they have done this 2 days in a row but they let the phone ring for as long as it could before cutting off, repeatedly for over an hour when they were supposed to still be open. I will likely be reporting their conduct since they are federal employees and have strict oversight.

I called to complain about my mail being left on the road under my mailbox in the rain. i also inquired about my package and got yelled at by Josh for not having additional information i am disabled and cant rush down to the post office to pick up my packages just because he doesnt want to deliver to me. i would appreciate if you would look into this. i was expecting a little more professionalism than i got.

Why could you not reach the access for delivery my driveway is empty it is a complete circle only thing in it at 1 was my car and my truck and they were not in the way of delivery the UPS truck can turn around in my driveway

This is NOT an official website. No one in the Postal Service see's these comments. If there are issues, I would suggest you call or email the Post office itself. It's easy to criticize without knowing the facts. Sometimes parcels are delayed for a number of reasons, such has snow, bad driveways, garbage cans blocking mail box, cars parked in front of mail box.

mail deliverer is marking tracked packages falsely,because she simply not delivering them,mail box clear and I did not request package be held. maybe should look at new resumes according to reviews!!!!!! sorry to be angry but enough is ENOUGH.

You guys are pathetic!! Package at your facility on the 12th and still not delivered on the 15th!!! Less than 6 miles away.. Very sad performance!!

Hello, we have previously had issues, you said the mail lady was not responsible for us not getting our mail, so we ....yes we moved our mailbox to correct any future issues. Everyday, our mail is not delivered until between 4-5:30. Today I put a bill that needed to be mailed out in the mailbox around 1:30 -2:00. Well it is 6:30, the flag is still up and the mail was never picked up! There are no vehicles, nothing even near the mailbox! Now this needs to stop. Thank you, Carol Scheydt

This location....man oh man. I’m a business professional, and it’s taking everything in me to not unleash a tirade. Two days in a row my packages were not delivered and “held at customers request”. I actually faxed them today and asked that my packages be redelovered today, that I never received a slip stating the packages were held (I found this info on the tracking), and I noted that the packages are time sensitive. I have friends who work for the postal service and they ar appalled at how horrible the Hedgesville office is. I am livid.

Our mail was not picked up as of this writing; i.e., 7:10 PM, 6/22/2018.

6-2-18 My mail was never picked up today from my box. I placed it out at 8am this morning. I live on Back Creek Valley Road close to Route 45.

So, if this is not read by postal employees, what’s the sense in doing this? This is asinine! But, I will tell ppl what happened. I’ve never had any problem in the past, for the mail carrier to come to my door and drop off a package. I live in a rural area, but I can see my mailbox along the road, Back Creek Valley Rd Hedgesville, WV. My fiancé was feeding the cows in the pasture right across from the mailboxes. He observed the carrier pull up and put mail in our box and go on her way down the road to the next set of boxes. When he got our mail out of our box, she had put a notice in there, stating “sorry we missed you while you were out”. She NEVER came to the house! Pure laziness! So, I called the Hedgesville P.O. to speak to someone about this. It rang dozens and dozens of times, until it disconnected itself. I did this 3 times, for a total of about 15 minutes until finally Jim answered. I nicely explained what happened and that now I have to make a special trip to the PO. All he said was, that he would talk to her about it. No, I’m sorry, no wait until tomorrow and I’ll have her drop it off, nothing! Very, very disappointed with the service or should I say, lack of service!

I changed my address on February 28th 2017 for another state and I have yet to receive any of my mail. They said two weeks and I have a Tax return in that mail that I need. Y'all are the worse and most laziest post office I have ever seen. If I had to rate y'all post office you wouldn't even receive a half of star from me. Completely terrible.

the employees here are horrible. packages damaged. tracking is terrible, says packages delivered but it takes a day or 2 later to get them. if they deliver for UPS, it takes over a week to get your package, which they claim over n over they do not have. they never answer phone. i have been having issues for months.
