Today I had my flag up but no delivery or pickup, why? Do I have a new postal carrier, they have left my mailbox open so my mail has gotten wet, I left a note to close tight. I also don't accept mail not addressed to me, that includes flyers, advertisements and the other extraneous mail that is not first class. I have left instruction on the web site and a note in my mailbox. Thank you
