This post office should be closed! Inwood could definitely do a far better job for Bunker Hill. It serves no purpose! They will not bring packages to the porch. They refuse to come up our driveway. Everyone else does. UPS, Prime and Fed Ex

This post office refuses to deliver packages to my house. Our old postman would deliver our packages no problem. If I pay priority shipping on something I never actually receive it early because they refuse to DELIVER it. It's always a slip that's left about how no one was there to receive the package, though it was never attempted in the first place. I'm assuming this is an issue with them not wanting to come up our long driveway, but I simply just don't have the time to go to the post office every time I get a package.

I have repeatedly asked our carrier to place packages on our front porch, yet they continue to put them next to the garage so that they can get rained on. Well, a $400 purse was on Christmas Eve and left next to the garage and was destroyed by rain. I have notified Nordstrom that this was your error. A) how do I get this rectified, and b) who do i call to get the carrier to stop leaving packages unprotected in the weather? I have called the Bunker Hill postmaster three times now.

I had been having the same problem and when my wife confronted our carrier Sandy about it she told her if she didn't like it she can get her packages herself and has stopped delivering packages completely. Now my wife has to go up to the office with a baby and a toddler in order to retrieve her packages. I've heard the postmaster has recently been replaced and hopefully they remedy the issue soon.
