My post person bent a hard cover book all up to shove it in the mailbox. It was for my little girl who then got a "broken" book. It was pretty sad especially when my porch is just a few feet from the mailbox and it would take only seconds to lay it by the door instead of ruining a child's book.

I wanted to let you know we had a great customer service experience today with your clerk named Jerry. He was quick he was professional and courteous,in fact he was a joy to wait in line for. I have repeatedly told the post office and the mail man to not put my packages in my box because of the theft in my building. They continue to do this and packages get stolen then they tell me there is nothing they can do.. Now tell who is liable? I really dont know what to do!!
