Neither ourselves nor our neighbors have not received mail for seven days. Is there a problem

I was supposed to get a package from Amazon on July 21st. It arrived where it needed to in Verona but was shipped to the wrong location in Luxemburg, Wi. From there it was apparently shipped back to Verona as of July 22nd. This morning it was again shipped to the wrong place in Madison, Wi, and is now back in Verona, Wi, where it should be. I spoke to someone at the customer call center yesterday and all of my information was correct. I’m confused as to why it’s not here and there’s such a big mix-up. Please just send me my package already.

I can't say enough about how WONDERFUL the Verona, WI Post Office has been during the pandemic. In particular, Jamie, Ron, Scott and Kimberly have gone above and beyond in assisting me re: the large number of packages I have been receiving due to ordering everything online since the pandemic began. I hope this note goes to the manager of the Verona Post Office and that you pass my comments on. Thank you so much for all of your help! Barb Mulhern

Our mail carrier never looked at the addresses on the mail b0xes. He or she delivered 3454 Hickory Hill Rd. To mail box before ours. We received the mail that belonged to the next box. Was your carrier drunk or just plain blind. Nobody on this street received their own mail

My package was supposedly delivered to “an individual at the location” which is odd as no one was home. So either thats a lie or the just hsnded the package off to dome random stranger with out documenting anything. Not the first time they’ve done something like this vlaiming something was delivered when it wasn’t

I had 7 pieces of mail that were delivered on 3 different days all to the wrong apartment number. Unacceptable, do postal workers not know how to read anymore? It's an apartment building, look for the number

We are away for three months and left a forwarding order with the Verona post office. Including paying for premium forwarding once the regular forwarding ends. Our magazine subscription has been cancelled twice in the last 8 weeks cuz someone at the PO keeps sending the magazine an undeliverable notice. Come on, Verona, give everyone adequate training to know the difference and what to do and not do when forwarding has been requested. Seems like the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing. I just went through getting the subscription reinstated and now the exact same thing has happened again.

Worst customer service. Had a representative take a break in the middle of trying to help return my package. I ended up having to pay for a padded envelope because they did not have one and also had to pay for shipping on a pre-paid return label.

Worst customer service I have ever had. The lady I was trying to talk to was incredibly rude and of no help--kept telling me she'd call back to track a package and never did.
