We have a temporary change of address in effect but our mail is not being forwarded. I follow it on my "Informed Delivery" daily but it never arrives. It apparently is just being stuffed into our mailbox as two neighbors have collected it and paid to have it sent to us. What is going on? Please get this straightened out!

I am so tired of the very poor service from the Solon Springs, WI, post office. Since October 2019 I do not receive my ”Informed Delivery” mail for many days after I receive the daily email. My parcel deliveries also come several days after I receive an “out for delivery” text. This never happened before the previous delivery person retired. I wish they could get their act together.
