Postal Locations

Since construction started on Indiana Ave., we have not been getting mail or packages. This is unacceptable since our mailbox is not street side, the post man delivers mail to the apartments next door, and turns around in our driveway/parking lot. There is absolutely no excuse for this situation. I understand the difficulty of delivery in a construction zone, however, if the postman can turn around in our parking, next to our mailbox, he/she can deliver our mail. I have filed complaints with no results, just excuses.

Recently we have a new mail carrier who feels the need to walk through my front yard. He is wearing a path into my grass. My camera even shows his shortcut on days that I don't even receive mail. I work very hard to make my front yard look nice and I don't appreciate my mail carrier using it as his personal shortcut. Use the walkway and respect people's yards. I would love to know how to report this carrier to a supervisor.

Just wanted to comment on our carrier. Don't know her name but shes very good at her job and so kind and pleasant. Kind of perks up my day!

our postal workers are so helpfull,polite,quick,wirth every penny they earn and should always be respected and appreciated for the amazing service they provide to our community!

Arranged on line for my mail to be held, paid for the service and got a confirmation in my email. It was supposed to run 3/12 thru 3/25, today is the 16th and mail is still coming to my house. Can this be rectified?

Today I received help above and beyond the call of duty by three ladies at the main Post Office in Sheboygan. Andrea was the lady at the counter and a wonderful lady behind the scenes helped me get all squared away with my passport. They did more checking, rechecking and double rechecking of my forms, helped me get it all right and all within about a half hour. Props to all three of the ladies. 5/16/19

Absolutely horrible service. Lazy drivers that WILL NOT deliver mail if there is even a drop of snow in front of the mailbox. This is Wisconsin people, snow will happen. Do your damn job! Federal employees with great pay and benefits, earn your damn money! What a joke.

What's the point of calling your# and it just rings and rings? Your driver's need to learn how to use a GPS correctly. They left my package at a totally different address. Lucky the women was honest and brought it to me.

Yeah, let's just say that some of these drivers are either lazy, can't read, or don't know how to use a GPS. Amazon uses USPS. How can two packages shipped to my same street address one day apart get so messed up. Never had an issue until now. Got notifications from Amazon that my 2nd package was undeliverable because usps driver listed there was no such street address??? We've owned this house 40 years. Even if you GPS my address, it gets you to my front door/driveway. Amazon was very helpful, even apologized for usps's inability to deliver my needed package. Amazon uses USPS and even checked with all my prior orders to my address, with no issues. Weekend deliveries has never been an issue till today. Was home at the 'supposed' delivery time driver listed, there was no delivery vehicles remotely in the area. It Easter and weather was great, we were outside. Driver most likely lied or couldn't read and went to a different street.

Worse mail service either not delivered at all or delivered to wrong address called PO 6 times in 4 months very disappointed how hard can it be to read a address

I mailed a $25 gift card to my daughter in Charlotte, NC with a $5 check also in the envelope on January 7th, from Sheboygan, WI. This never made it to my daughter. I mailed another check to her on January 20th and that made it in a couple of days. Very disappointed!
