I want to compliment Cynthia, our mail carrier for the great job she has done all year long.

Just stopped by post office to request that our mail be held because our mailbox was demolished by a plow and buried in the snow as a result of this past weekend’s storm. I was told our mail could only be held for 10 days. Very disappointed! Not likely that I’ll even be able to find my mailbox in the mound of snow that is on the side of our road in 10 days let alone repair the damage to the pole and reattach the mailbox. Very disappointed that post office won’t work with patrons during a time such as this.

At 9Am, 12-2-21. my garbage containers, were moved from by my driveway. They were located across pine Lake Rd, in the ditch line. Vehicle tire tracks, led to the mail box serving my house. I think that your carrier, on the Pine Lake mail route, threw the my trash containers,(2) across the road into the ditch line. I am handicapped, and unable to retrieve these containers. I think that your employee threw the containers across the road in a spite of anger! I expect better service, and behavior from federal postal service employees.

I live on Cty Rd C, I put 2 pieces of mail in my mailbox on Friday, put the flag up. The person that delivers our mail, dropped off mail, on Saturday, but did not take the two letters I had in the box. It was rather important that they go out! Very disappointed in this kind of service!

Just want to say: Today, sitting on the side of the road crying, really quite distraught. One of your postal workers saw me. He took the moment to check that I was alright. He listened, when no one else did. God puts angels in our lives when needed, and this man is one. This man was A blessing to me, and I send my heart felt gratitude to him, and the organization he's employed at.
