I’ve recently visited the Douglas and 4 Mile location several times within the last few weeks. I’m so upset every time waking in. And there is only 1 person working the counter and I’m 10plus customers being in there. No one is enforcing the social distancing. Last time I was in there there were 17 people waiting, a group of 4 getting passports (not included in the 17 waiting). WHY when thy can clearly see this many people in line will they not call up another employee to help check people out! This is absurd and needs to be addressed. Since you have cameras in your facility you can absolutely check for verification. I took pics too and will be sharing!

Mail flag on my mailbox was up as I had things to mail inside. Mail truck did not even stop but zipped right by and did not pick up my mail. The service from this post office SUCKS. They never did fix my mailbox when they hit it and even though the driver came up to my door and told me she hit it and would report it...they still denied it!!

Mail lady hit my mailbox. She said she would report it and I also called the Northside Post Office to report it. They said they would send someone out to fix it. STILL WAITING!!

We are a business that counts on USPS for a daily pick up, On 11-09-17 our packages where not picked up AGAIN this is terrible service. we send out many packages priority every day and our customers expect there products we spend about $1000.00 a day in postage We will have to back to UPS to get the service we deserve JIM BAKER President

Not happy with the Postal Service...for the past 4 months our mail has been delivered on an average of only 3 times per week. We are a business and our customers pay their bills with checks..MAILED thru the postal service. We are not open on saturday, our hours are 7:30 to 4:30 pm Monday thru Friday. We will not pay someone to be here from 4:30 to whenever to accommadate the inability of the post office to deliver the mail. If this was an isolated incident I would not be posting this comment, but it is not. We have had many problems over the last 5- 6 years with the delivery of our mail and nothing..NOTHING has been done to address the problem or to find a solution. 7:00 pm at night is not acceptable. Many businesses close at 5 pm, and some have a mail slot. We close at 4:30 and I have waited many times until 5pm and still no mail. As for a mail slot, not possible the way our building is set up. This has been discussed and I asked the Post Master that was here 5 years ago to come and look at our building. Maybe she would be able to find a spot somewhere to put a mail slot, of course she declined. So, when I hear or read about complaints by the postal service regarding the money they are losing, hours being cut, people being offered early retirement and possible closing on saturdays and closing some post offices.....I have no sympathy, nor do I care!
