We have a summer home at W4969 Shady Dr, Park Falls, WI. Located on Wintergreen Lake. We have had our flag up for 2 days but our mail is still in the box. Is someone not paying attention to their route? Please rectify this problem

What has become of the postal service these days?? I happened to be home today after a surgical procedure when I hear a vehicle pull up. I looked out the window in time to see an arm throwing something onto my front deck. They were gone before I could even get my door open. I'm glad I was home, or else that box would still be sitting on my deck in the now pouring rain. Once upon a time postal carriers would put your packages in a plastic bag and place your package on your porch. Not toss it up there with little to no regard for it's contents. I would gladly supply any plastic bags necessary to protect my future packages. So disappointed!!
