The blue Dropbox for mail needs to be emptied more than once a day. This is a popular box, I went to drop one letter in it just before 6 AM in the morning and it was stuffed full. In a community likewise West Allis where many still drop their mail that box realistically should be being emptied at least 3-4 times a day.

Employees here are the rudest ever. I spoke with a so-called supervisor on the phone and asked her if I could speak to the manager and she said she was busy so I went to give her my phone number which she started to read back but had it wrong. So I told her again slower and then asked her if she could read it back and her reply was I'm not stupid you know and she refused to read it back. So I got in my car drove out to the post office again second time yesterday, stood in line got up to the window and asked the lady if I could speak to a manager and she asked me why. And I said I would just prefer to speak with the manager. And her reply was well I need to get the right manager there's different managers for different things. So I began to tell her the issue I had and The Other Woman at another window says we don't work that way. And I told her well gee I thought I was speaking to one person I didn't know that I had to speak to the both of you about my terrible experience with your supervisor on the phone. So she went back and got the manager the manager came back and stood in the window between the two of these women and I asked the manager could I speak to you one-on-one please apparently you can't speak to just one person here they all got to be involved. So she meets me out in the hallway and I tell her what the problem is she said there is no different manager for different things she's the only manager there. So now I've been lied to by two women at the West Allis post office and received attitude from three people who work at the West Allis post office. The manager on the other hand was very polite and took my complaint. I tried to post this on the main page but apparently they only allow you to put one post up. All of this happened on 10/4/22. Worst experience ever from the West Allis post office. They need to start hiring some professional people. I guarantee this post office won't be open for long with the attitude from the people that they have hired.

The worst shit I have ever witnessed. No regard for time at all. A lot of employees in the back havin g fun while 1 woman runs the counter. It took 40minutes to mail a package.

My package had tracking and said it was delivered to my mailbox, wasn’t delivered that day or the next. Went to my local post office and I was told that it was delivered to the wrong mailbox. I was then told “sorry” and then to go back and see if the mail carrier was still in my area to open other boxes near mine. Unacceptable, and I would like a refund for the package when I was told flat out it was put in the wrong mailbox.

We cannot get our mail delivered at our business located at 1811 S., 66th Street in West Allis, Wisconsin 53214 on a regular basis. When I call, I always get an excuse! We did not receive mail on 6/1/21 and this is not the first time. I have called the phone number provided twice and no one answers. What can be done to facilitate service? We are a business and need mail service to survive!

It is frustating that we don't get our mail till 7PM or later. Around 61st & Main St. It's even worse when you are expecting a package and you have to wait home till the mail comes. This has been going on since summer. Please don't let the mail carrier see this.
