Just got something ripped off from my porch. I have it on camera and I will be calling the police. Is it too much to ask the postal delivery person to ring the doorbell or put it in the door where it will be more secure and out of sight thank you.

Our senior apartment building has not received mail for an entire week. The reason given is that due to double shifts the mail person arrives in the evening when no one is available to give them entry.

We are awaiting a small package, mailed from Milwaukee. It took FOUR days to make it to the adjacent Oak Creek Distribution Center. Today, Oak Creek reports that it's "in transit" again. WHY that long hold-up??

The mail has been inconsistent it was not like that before. It’s very frustrating on 11th block by Lincoln Ave. I see them do one block and then not do the other side and leave.

On my package the address was correct I even look at the address I put my package order. And it also says the same on the web site. I paid $50.00 for my items to come to my home. Now if your mail carrier would stop Talking on their phone and do the job he is getting paid to do. None of this would have ever happened. But I want my money back. Because it's the United States post office who messed up.

A package address to me was accepted by this post office 53203 on Feb 5. There has been no progress since 7:55pm that day. I called to find out the reason for delay and there is no answer. Are there no humans there?

Your postal workers who deliver to the 1800 block of south Burhnam should be fired. They arent putting mail in mail boxes. Their leaving packages on stairs. They left a 300.00 leather jacket in a cardboard box on the middle of our stairs while it was raining. Do you guys want to get sued and have to pay for that. Yesturday I checked with the whole 1800 block we got absolutely no mail. We found out your postal worker for that route doesnt deliver to the blocks if he or she doesnt want to. And a closed door doesnt have the Corona virus. So I'm expecting my mail to be delivered in a timely manner everyday or I will hire an attorney and I will call and complain every day until you can hire a responsible mail carrier who does their job. Also the mail should come around the same time every day. Not between noon and 8 o'clock at night. Were tired of it and the whole 1800 block is getting ready to make the same complaints everyday. You need to fix this, after an attorney, I'm going to the mayor and governor and I'll make sure someone gets charged with a federal crime because not delivering mail to a whole block is still considered tampering with it which is a federal offense

This is about the Shorewood substation on North Holton St and the one in Whitefish Bay. There are 2 driveup mailboxes, both at convenient height for vans, SUVs and trucks. Please add a box for REAL cars that a much shorter. It's hard to get letters into the slot and they often fall out creating a backup in the line of cars.

With the recent sub zero weather we had (1/6/14 & 1/7/14), there was a interview on WTMJ TV with a higher up personal who commented on how the postal delivery people are fairing. He mentioned that the workers had the right clothing (postal workers had an allowance for this) and that were comfortable with the moving/walking they did. That statement definitely came from someone who sits behind a desk and not someone who has be outside all day. Wonder if his statement would of been different if he had to spend some time outside during that horrible cold?
Great job to all those who had to be outside!!!

I do remember this interview, If you were listening, they said that person is a veteran letter carrier and it was his first winter in 25 years that he missed. You sound like your the one who sits behind a desk all day. The only thing you said right is: "Great job to all those who had to work outside"
