I haven't received my mail since last Friday, and I also have letters that need to go out in my mailbox. I tried calling and it just rang and rang. Can someone please correct the issue? Thank you very much 413 W Martin Lane 53207

We live on Pine Ave and our mail is consistently absent. Two or three days can go by with zero mail. And my partner and I both get email updates of the mail we should receive that day. This is a repeated, concerning trend that needs to be resolved.

53207 zip area - NO mail picked up for 2 days straight (Tues/Wed) but mailbox had bills sitting in the box with the flag up. Watched mail truck go up the street both days but didn't bother to stop to deliver OR pick up mail from boxes on my street. Neighbors just as frustrated. Bills need to be paid on time. Isn't it 6 days a week for mail service? Or did it go down to 3 days a week? Absolutely ridiculous. This is my 3rd complaint about this issue.

I work for the Oak Creek Annex off college. Just would like the carrier to bring the packages to the right house. My packages today, june 21st, were delivered to a neighbor. Good thing she is also a friend. Please tell your carriers to be more careful with the deliveries. It is not the first time this happened, and I've been living at this address for only 2 years

I live at The Landing; the delivery person leaves crates of undelivered mail (not just weekly ads but mail with people's names on the address on the floor in the entrance way by the mail boxes. What ever happened to delivering the mail to your mailbox?

We are sick and tired of our packages being left on our door step! We find them in the bushes or two houses down! The last one was in the curb by a car tire down the street. It was there for 3 days & was soaking wet. The package was ruined but thank God they packaged it real good that the contents weren't ruined!!! The mail carrier doesn't knock or ring the door bell because I'm home 7 days a week We hope this matter can be resolved quickly! Thank you!!

I have had many issues with this post office, they are horrible! I did an address change twice and my mail is going to the wrong apartment! Mail has been stolen. I moved two doors down in my apartment building and if it comes to my apt with wrong apt # they send it back even though I am two mail boxes over, and now my mail is going to the old apt number and being put in the old mail box. I have tried to reason with the mail man who is not helpful at all he is very rude and uncaring about my mail. When I call the post office they are extremely disrespectful, I am wondering where they are getting their staff from, they are by far the worst! They should be on the news about how bad they are with the public mail this is just part of the problems!!!!

These mail carriers really do not give a crap about our mail. I check my mail once a week of I'm not expecting anything, and I haven't gotten anything for a while, which I thought was weird because I usually always do. Then I found out I've been having my mail delivered to different addresses and luckily, these people were nice enough to walk my mail over to me or leave it at my doorstep. My packages were even delivered to a different place, which is a really big deal. I live in an apartment and for some reason they can't ever get my address right or find my address, but they can find everyone else's address that living in my apartment building. They seriously need to get their crap together.

This crew is garbage I sign and leave the slip at my address the bum takes it then does not leave the package or come back with it. But I can drive down the block and see him in the postal truck on his cell phone for most of the afternoon.

I had a very bad experience here. The employees seem to care much more about getting out of there immediately rather than helping a customer with a small issue that would take less than a minute to take care of. No apologies from them just a ' This is how it is' attitude. Terrible
