Middleton PO sucks. I've gone 6 days without my mail. Had to go in to retrieve it. When I told the guy behind the desk that their website said my delivery is "on hold" he said he'd ask the postal carrier. Tried to call today to ask what he found out and the phone just rings and rings and rings. NO ONE in my household put any kind of hold on it!

The worst post office in the history of mankind. Horrible customer service, packages delivered to wrong addresses…you name it. How is there no accountability?!

Postal vehicle was speeding past everyone on my way home with no turn signals then speeded down my street with speedbumps! This is valley Ridge Road. There was no stop at the stop sign for Rolling Hill Drive which is where my daughter rides her bike. #9202542 stopped at Jonquil Court and I told the driver that this is a neighborhood where we have to keep things safe. He told me to go ahead and do a call on him! Is there too much stress or is he just a new temp employee? Is he covering another shift or is he going to go postal? I tried for two days to call and found out 3 of 4 points to consider in a complaint are totally against the one reporting. The last point is the freedom of information act. Not transparent, or helpful, or professional in my family's community.

Would be great if they had a designated package drop off for the people who print labels at home. Wouldn't want to upset the employees again by going to the wrong window.

This place is horrible. I have been trying for FOUR MONTHS to get a birthday card sent to my grandson and they keep sending it back, 'unable to forward'. I even wrote on it "do not forward, deliver to current residents', but they returned it again saying 'unable to forward'. I have been to my local post office twice now and they can see no reason for this post office to be doing this (address is valid, etc.) Best of all: I tried to e-mail the postmaster using the e-mail address on their website and the E-MAIL got returned: unable to deliver, can not find that address! How the hell is this place even functioning???? THIS, America, is why we can not do mail-in voting. If the Post office can't deliver a little kid's birthday card, how can I trust them with my VOTE??!??!

At least four times in the last two weeks, we've had outgoing mail in our home mailbox, with the flag up. We get home, flag is down, mail delivered, but the delivery person refuses to take our letter. That's all we're mailing,a letter or greeting card. I don't understand.

I put in a change of address because I sued Market Street Apartments. Who would have thought that the mail carrier would get involve- he refuse to forward my mail. I moved in 2019 and the since this is the ONLY post office who doesnt answer their phone in this area, I was never able to reach them. In fact, struck road post office is BETTER THAN this post office. Not ONLY did I speak with them they notified them and told them to call me....SAD! Now its May 2020 and all the supervisor said is I will talk to him! Therefore, I got one or two pieces of mail forwarded to me since that time! So, since I no longer live in Wisconsin its hard to deal with the situation. There goes my stimulus check!!!! Thank you MIDDLETON UNITED POST OFFICE.

I love the post office, sending cards, and getting new stamps that you can’t get at a grocery or drug store. However, every time I go to the Middleton location I am sorry that I did. Seems there is always a snarky comment that is just unnecessary, especially in such short interactions.

A yellow warning Card "HAZARD WARNING CARD" was placed in our mailbox at #106 , 6767 Frank Lloyd Wright Ave on Wednesday Dec. 26th. We have no idea what this means or what we are to do in response to this. I am on the line waiting ( 1 hour 10 min. est. wait time) so I thought I may want to see if this might be a better way. We have stopped our mail as of Jan. 2nd and placed a forwarding address for the months of Jan., Feb., and March, and wonder if the information somehow stopped our mail early. We are very confused.

I notice the negative comments are from mostly almost a year ago or 3 years ago - I have had nothing but amazing service at this location in the last 6 months. I've never been in and out of a post office so speedy and even when I'm usually mailing multiple packages! They're all very professional and usually friendly - but everyone has their bad days! :)

I just had The Worst Experience with Goldie @ Middleton Post Office. She was EXTREMELY RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, etc. I told Goldie that I wanted to talk to her Supervisor. She said"I am The Manager/Supervisor " I said there must be someone above you. She kept cutting me off.....Said Out Of Line things to me. If I spoke to a customer they way she did to me-I would be in trouble-possibly Fired. I am going to go above her and Complain. I hope they monitor the phone calls at Post Office. This is Not Over!!! I called back and was Hung-up on by Goldie. I called back again- as Goldie answered phone again. I asked her Why she hung-up on me....Goldie said she didn't. What A Bunch Of BS!!!

We recently had the most unpleasant customer service experience with Kevin at the Middleton, WI, Post Office. He was condescending and rude and it was honestly the most bizarre interaction I've had with another human being in several years. I strongly encourage you to go to another post office for your passport.

I do not know Kevin, but if you've never worked with the public you might have some sympathy. You cannot know what it's like to have the world say you're lazy and overpaid. Because I work for the state I do know, and it is very hard to live with. Everyone has bad days.
