Should’ve got an package on Sunday (2023/08/06) but still nothing..??

At 312 Micheels Lane #2, I have not received mail service for 4-5 days. I have a rent check that I thought was sent out ant it’s still there. Please provide my mail service. ,……also there is a small package, apparently still at the Menomonie post office, that has yet to be delivered- since February 28th. Please provide my mail service,

No delivery for the past 3 delivery days. I can’t afford to rent a P O box from the post office but would like the option to pick up my mail at the post office when it won’t be delivered.

We haven't been recording our mail for 3-5 days at a time constantly now. This is a terrible post office. Get your act together. If we have to work all week and pay taxes on it theirs no reason you cannot deliver at least once every other. Not happy with my service.

Will not answer there phone, no way to contact besides going to post office. 50/50 if your mail will be picked up/ delivered. This time 3 days of no mail and no reason why.

Just had a package delivered (Sunday) and it was left out by our mailbox on our rural road. This has never happened before, they always drop bigger packages off at the front door.Luckily we noticed him stop before someone drove by.

No mail Friday or Saturday July 15 & 16.

I had mail for pick up today but no mailman came. What's going on?

Once again the mail delivery person just left my package in the rain in front of the house instead of walking the extra 30ft to our front door. I'm getting sick of soggy parcels due to sheer, unabashed laziness. Guess the whole 'Rain, sleet, or snow' tagline of the post office doesn't apply if you're a lazy PoS, but hey, at least this package made it to my house, unlike my $50 book a few weeks ago.

I am extremely disappointed in our Postal service this winter. Our mail delivery person, has not been shutting our mail box door. When the snow plow comes through, the slush and snow goes directly into our mailbox. In the past month, I have had over 3 tax return items be completely ruined from this. At first, I thought it may be cause of the latch not closing properly. I went out, and closed just fine, right after the mail truck drove away. Extremely disappointed in the service this winter.

This has been the 2nd time around that we have not received our mail on 29th Ave NE a meno. In which has been @ least 3/4 days in which my notifications tell me what I have supposedly received yet it is wrong! because I havent! I have been waiting for something for far to long that is extremely important and time sensitive and yet to see it? What's going on? Since Oct. 2021 I have not received 2 checks plus other stuff that was time sensitive in which I've now ended up paying for out of pocket because I have not received them. I've let it go on far to long due to holidays ect. But seriously I need answers! Where Is our mail?

I have to say that I am unhappy with the outcome of our mail services. I had my mail from numerous people (including my employers) sent out more then once due to lack of proper delivery. I have mail missing that was on my informed delivery app so should have gone to my mailbox. I am also dissatisfied with the fact that you have to call there office to allow it to ring for 5 minutes and then have a busy signal. If you have a job that affects the ability for you to go in and report something to the postal service you will need to figure it out another way.

I put outgoing mail in my box last Thurs., 1/27/22, with the flag up. Today is Mon., 1/31 and the outgoing mail is still here, four days later. Our mail carrier delivers our mail but has not yet taken the mail I need sent. They leave the flag up and don’t take my mail. No one answers the phone at the P.O. This isn’t acceptable. Get your act together, Menomonie P.O.

Our mail service is great! We have the winter driveway from a bad dream, and Mr. B goes out of his way to drop all the mail off at our door if there is an over sized package. Thanks for the kind service and kudos to all our mail folks who are working TONS of extra hours to get us our mail and late ordered holiday gifts. I appreciate you!

Package supposedly delivered on 11/22/2021/ at 807Am to 220 second st W 180 HOVLID This was never received.

Received a package today via USPS. JAMMED into my mailbox. Items were open. While I fault the shipper for poor packaging; why do the rural mail deliverers JAM stuff into the mailbox? All it would take is a 15 second pull into the driveway; leaving the item on the doorstep and ringing the doorbell (like UPS and Fed-Ex do). Not the first time this has happened. I can fix what I received but it's frustrating...

I mailed an envelope certifed to the Menomonie area. Tracking still says it's in transit, arriving late as of September 2, 2021. This is not acceptable as I paid $4.08 for this service, but no confirmation, no return of envelope as of today 10/07/2021. Tracking should be updated with more info regarding attempts, etc.

We just watched the mail person walk right by over 6 houses and didn’t drop off a single thing out house included. I’m not getting mail I’ve been told was send out weeks ago. And when you try to call no one ever answers

I have been satisfied with my post office until the last few days. Horrible service and packages have not come for days. Tracking says that tried to deliver but no access that was 3 days ago... got junk mail but no package. Have no idea where they are. Called Post office and was told that they were short but package was coming Saturday, guess what? No package and no mail. I have medicine coming and I hope it gets here soon

Amazon packages almost NEVER arrive. Where aren’t packages going?????!!!!

I AM NOT HAPPY ABOUT MY DELIVERY DUE TO MY PACKAGE OPEN AND MISSING ITEMS. ALL MY YEARS GETTING THRU POST OFFICE I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCE THIS BEFORE. NOT ONLY JUST MY PACKAGE THRU THIS FACILITY, MY SISTER PACKAGE WAS ALSO OPENED AND AN ITEM ALSO MISSING AND THIS WAS DELIVERED FROM EAU CLAIRE, WI POST OFFICE.

Disappointed. The mailman/woman left our packages on a chair in our driveway, during a bad rainstorm. The packages were all pictures from shutterfly (clearly marked pictures) and were all ruined. They could've walked an extra 5 feet and left the packages in a covered entry.

4 times in a few months alone I have had to fill out customer delivery cards because they keep thinking I dont live where I live.. I cant help if they put my mail in the wrong box and someone tries to send it back.. nor can I avoid returning mail from people who Dont live where I am but use the address.. I am missing mail because they keep marking me as not living here!

Want a post office that is going to make you regret needing mail on a daily basis? Have an issue with your mail and you want to resolve it? If visiting the office you are most likely going to deal with Lisa. If she's not there lucky for you! You may end up having an okay experience. If she is, then prepare to be deal with some awful attitude and customer service she will be providing to you. If you happen to be one of the college students that make up half of the town they deliver to, then you can expect to deal with even more disrespect. Even when putting on your nicest face and trying to be kind. If she has such a problem with college students maybe this isn't the right place for her? Every other experience with the other employees at this office has been great. It is really a smack to the face to deal with, and I dread stepping foot in that office. She is unfit for public service and needs to be removed.
