TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE. Received an invitation today in the mail. The envelope is postmarked July 13th, for an event in August. Not happy, and to top that off, my Peshtigo Times was not delivered.

I have been waiting for my package for days, then for an email saying it was delivered and left in my mailbox. (Mind you this is still 5 days after it was supposed to be delivered) I called my post office and they said it was delivered to the wrong address and the tracking shows that. He tells me this happens a lot and they can’t do anything. The company says it was delivered and the post office should make good. So thank you to marinette post office for me being out money.

I would like to acknowledge Chris for his outstanding customer service. He really went above and beyond to rectify my shipping problem. Even though my problem did not stem from the Marinette office he made sure my parcel was delivered as fast as possible. He truly cares about his customers.
