Our mailman stuffs our boxes in our box crushing the contents, and now I received a important package in my box from Alaska and it to was crushes and the photos inside were ruined !! These photos were very special to me of my nephew who just passed away. I cannot replace these and am heart broken. If my box is to big please bring it to my door and not stuff it in my mail box so I have to have a crane pull it out. I am definitely not happy.

Our mailman never puts our packages anywhere near our door, he puts them on our vehicles, the bottom of your stairs on the ground, and today he stuck the box into a snowbank after I had shoveled off our stairs. If any of the purchases I make get damaged due to his disregard, the post office can pay for it.

Can I ask which location you are referring to? It happens often to me also but I am a jerk so it's expected here.
