The Customer service person who attended to me on the 10/9/2020 at about 5.5 pm was rude and deliberately served me half way and requested l wait while he served a group of Teenager girls, for some reason he seem upset and makes up stories, Claiming the closing time for the post off was 5pm the week before that he refused to giving me pound coins after l posted some items and topped my Gas and Electric, he said the owner has issued a warning not to give out change for the bus but if someone bought an item then they can get change. That doesn,t make sense to me,his attitude is not always pleasant and don,t go down well as a customer service person nor is it good for the shop.l do my business online and dispatch on daily basis don,t feel the need to face an unwelcoming person each time l turn up for posting.
