What is going on with our mail service? They don't go everyday and on the 6th of June they drove past my mailbox so fast they did not see that the flag was up. I saw them drive past it. Maybe they should slow down some. It is awful that a person has to take their letters to be mailed into town to make sure they get mailed. The service out here is getting worse by the day. Get it fixed. USH 53 South Eau Claire.

2/19: package “out for delivery” yesterday NOT delivered due to “weather related” issues. Except the mail vehicle did do a slow circle in our cul-du-sac, without a problem on excellent roads. Then stop parallel to our house for a couple minutes (presumably to type in that the package couldn’t be delivered?) before heading out again. The time stamp for the “non- delivery” was exactly the time that I was looking out at the mail vehicle from my door. Guess they didn’t see me waiting just a few yards away. There was no reason to drive up out cul-du-sac just to ignore the mailboxes, then pause to type in that the package couldn’t be delivered when all that had to be done was to place said package in our fully accessible mailbox conveniently situated on excellent roads. What does it take to get our mail and/or packages? Should I wait outside to take delivery, personally, from the mail carrier in order to receive mail?

I live at 5002 us hwy 53 across from state patrol head quarters and i receive their mail all the time for one week now. I have not received any of my mail. So i am wondering where my mail is going. Very un happy and this needs to be looked at soon. thank you !!

Ilve at 5002 US HWY 53 THE HOUSE ACROSS FROM THE DISTRICT 6 STATE PATROL OFFICE IN EAU CLAIRE, WI AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY MAIL FOR 3 DAYS. THEY DELIVER AT DISTRICT SIX BUT, NEVER STOP AT MY MAIL BOX. WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM IS. AND WHEN THEY DO OR IF THEY DELIVER IT IS NEVER TILL 7:30-8:00 IN THE EVENING. VERY UPSETTING TO SAY THE LEAST !!!!!!

I received in the mail a box from china, all writing on the box chinese, it had all my correct information on it. in the box was a pair of sun glasses ray bans, I did not order these, is there some scam going around?

We are having major issues with not getting our mail. We have another new carrier and they need to read the building numbers as well as the apartment numbers on the mail. Our mail does not get here sometimes until 7 pm also. We depend on the post office to do the job and do it correctly! These issues have been going on for 6 months and they need to be resolved!

I’ve paid the Madison Street post office many visits over the last decade. The staff is consistently kind, helpful, and patient, even on the busy days when the line is out the door. Missy, the current postal worker on our route is truly wonderful. She is so friendly and competent. Thank you, USPS, for the valued public service you provide!

Apparently had a substitute today. Found my mail just thrown on my front steps. Was gone all day & it layed there all day. Hope the wind didn't blow any away.

Held my package for 3 days because of “address verification”. Made no attempt to verify the address nor deliver my package for 3 days. I’ve called multiple times but what is the point in having a telephone when all it does is ring and never gets answered? Also never make any attempts to call back. Is this the postal service or a cable company?

My held mail was supposed to be delivered 4/2 and it today is 4/4 and we still do not have it. Please look in your system and fix the issue.

There is an HOUR wait if you call in, but my postal carrier has not delivered mail for 5 days. Some days, most days, there was an inch or two of drifting snow that was on my walkway. This is why my mail was not delivered. I can't get a hold of anyone to ask how long this will be an issue and I can't stay at home to shovel every inch of snow during the day that drifts onto the sidewalk.

My mail was supposed to be held as of today BUT it was delivered. I'm going to be gone for 3 weeks, and there are drug dealers across the street, so I don't want them to know I'm gone. the confirmation number was: CAH336086102. plus no one answers the phone. It range 38 times!!!!!!
