Normally great service. NOT today though. Clerk #10 on the receipt. A young african-american woman was quite rude to me. She also gave me incorrect information on shipping media mail. I told her it was a DVD and she asked me what kind. She claimed that it had to be an educational DVD. I looked up the rules on the post office website and it says nothing of the kind.

Can someone please help me? We left a Christmas Card in our mailbox with some cookies for our regular mail person and wrote on the envelope that it was specifically for Our Regular Maillady not our substitute. Of course today the substitute who zooms speeding through our neighborhood came and picked it up. I DO NOT Want him to have it. Please see that she gets it. We live on Moraine View Drive. She is always so very nice, friendly, pleasant and drives like they should. Our speed limit is 25 not 45. We definitely want her to have it. Tried to watch for her but he must have gone with the wind today. He also got stuck and threw gravel all over in front of our mailbox. UGGGGGGhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
