So rude I had a package that was supposed to be delivered today they sent it and dropped it off at the wrong house. I told them I found out where and wanted them to go get it and they said they would try to retrieve it tomorrow. If they were missing a package I am sure they would want it right away. Very poor customer service.

Most rude female staff I've ever incountered I will never use them if I don't have too I'm going fedex. So sad because they used to have nice staff

4:40pm on Tuesday 9 July, 2019. Flag still up, outgoing mail still in box. Called PO and spoke to a very nice employee. All routes back. 2 Letters were placed in our box at 9:45am. Just checking to see if Tom got in an accident.

Today I had to pick up our businesses mail because someone did not read the resume delivery card (we requested a hold for New Years Eve Day.) No problem, mistakes happen. But the clerk that was working the counter was basically rude as she was on the phone when our office called to find out why the mail was not delivered. Have not run into that at this post office in years.
