Here we are again, winter time. The time of year my mail carrier doesn't want to get out in the cold and since my mailbox can't be reached from the vehicle I don't get my mail delivered. I know it's cold, I still have to go to work in it too but when my medication doesn't get delivered because my carrier wants special treatment that no other carrier has asked for in 45 years.

Apparently our carrier has decided that we no longer live at our address. We have not moved. I was also accused of “hanging up” on someone in the phone. I did not. I am actually a little confused by this whole situation and the post office telling me that I had “put some mail in a return box” I have no idea what that even means. This is the third time I have had issues with this carrier. I also see that they have taken it upon themselves to remove me from my postal box.

Tired of the carrier putting in time and miles on Gruber street. Daily!!!! He goes around and around. I see him multiple times every day and he drives like a maniac with zero regard for kids or pets. He accelerates too fast and much too loud. Never thought a neighborhood would be terrorized bu a civil servant. For the revenue you get from delivering ahit nobody wants you would think you could hire qualified people that could at least put letters in the right box. Maybe stop sending mail for people that haven't lived here in over two decades. But mostly it would just be nice if this jerk wasted time and gas in some other neighborhood. It got old here YEARS ago.

As is the norm these days, no one takes responsibility for customer service. Evidently, there is not much communication between employees. One day you receive mail & the next it’s being forwarded to an address that forwarding ended. And when you call, you’re told the carrier is “ under the weather” as an excuse & told you can come pick up package yourself if you need it. That is unacceptable.

I'm very disappointed in the service here in the township of Harrison. The mail person in the maroon van just went by my mail box and didn't even stop. I was expecting a package, because I got an email saying it will be delivered today. Also I been getting a lot of other peoples mail and other people have been getting mine. This has happened way to often here.

I haven't received my mail for over a week. We have a path to the porch with our mailboxes. But it seems that if it's not good enough for our Mail person they won't deliver the mail. I think this should be addressed. I could understand if there's no path or steps are covered in snow and ice but seriously

Mail carrier walks through my front yard (not on sidewalk like they should) steps in some dog dodo and smears it all over my front steps, and goes back to Post Office and Brags about it. Went to Post Master to complain about it, He shrugs his shoulders and reply's "We Do The Best We Can"

I didn't know they only did passports 10 to 3. What kind of hours is that anyway. So I'm upset about it. You don't need to be rude. Sooo I call to make an appointment for tomorrow and I explained why I was upset and she says " I can be upset too, we are closed" then I get hung up on. Nice way of customer service. Plus, they never said I had to call and make an appointment. She just said come in tomorrow 10 to 3. So I would have showed up and again would have had to leave.
