Once again my box is jammed and I cannot open it. I don/t know why the carrier stuffs it full, she can see that it won't fit. Why are packages not delivered to the doorstep (I live where mail is grouped in a bank of mail boxes. And what is done with mail that should be delivered since the box got jammed and won't open?

I called and filed a personal complaint about our mail service. We have not received our mail since January 3rd 2022. It has snowed but our mailbox has accessible for delivery. My neighbor watched our mail person drive up to our mailbox January 5th at 3pm and pulled away. The other complaint we have is that our mail is put into other neighbors mailboxes and sometimes the mail doesn't get delivered until 5 or 6pm. My son lives on n.canyon in terrace heights has the same mail person and this happens to him to. I have 3 different complain numbers. Mail to Glenn Acres apartments at 15 N 37th Ave, 98902 used to come by about 1 pm. Now we're lucky if it gets here by 5 pm. What's going on? Is this the new normal? Please let us know. Annie

I supposedly had a package delivered @ 7:37am. Then more packages delivered the ordinary time. I never received the first one. Is the the mail man even working that early? Where is my package?

Unable to reach you by telephone as Operator merely gives me a busy signal. All other numbers put me through many number options, none of which get me to a person to speak to. My postal carrier left my package Between two mail boxes. Im lucky I got it. Between being on a busy rd where anyone could take it, to the wind weather warning we are having today of up to 70 mph gusts, Im fortunate I received it. Is dropping packages outside of mailboxes, no where near the home, SOP? I do hope you will respond to my email with a reply to my question. And supply a solution. Thank you for your time.

My mailbox was run over and I'm trying to replace it with a lock box prior to mail-in ballots being sent out. The box arrived but am awaiting the matching Post. The instructions w/ the Box say to contact USPS. After navigating the National site for 20minutes I finally was able to speak to someone in Fraud. They gave me the local contact phone - why not published on the website? 509 225-1300. The line is constantly busy - see other posts below who experience the same problem. I'm going to install per the height/setback dimensions on the instructions. If you have problems with it, I'm going to provide this email and contact my Senator. 09Oct2020

I am a stout Republican and I am voting for Donald Trump and Mike Pence and I do not appreciate the postcards that I received in the mail today telling me how to vote and who to vote for. You may back Biden but not everybody does. Please keep your politics to yourself and out of my mailbox thank you

I live on Pleasant Ave. my mail was delivered for two day to my neighbor. The mom wasn't home and told her kids to put it back return to sender. Today the my mail was delivered to her house again. Does your employee not know how to read. I have had this happen before and I got a late fee for a bill I didn't receive due to the mailperson's incompetency. Pleaseeeee.... look into this as it has happened twice now and I still haven't received the mail my neighbor sent back. I pay my bills by mail and this is really important that I receive them or I am going to stop using the mail service for this. So disappointing.....

On my 2d day of trying to call this post office. I dial the number, it just rings about 15 times, then it sounds like someone picks up, then quickly goes to a busy signal. Same every single time I call. Dont waste your time. Something is wrong with the system.

NO MAIL YESTERDAY (12/2/2019), NO MAIL TODAY (12/3/2019)!! If it wasn’t bad enough that it took two weeks to get my package to the US, Fed Ex ‘s Supposed “Smart delivery” is SO ridiculously UNSMART it will make your head hurt!! Now the stupid post office has sat on my package for another two more days!!! WTH????

I’ve just spent 30 minutes trying to contact a living breathing person at the post office to tell them that the key that opens up the package delivery at University Parkway is broken and will not open the box. I tried a different number and was told the wait time was 30-40 minutes. Very poor service!

Just had my mail box hit by the post office employee driving it at 1:00 5-19-19. 2nd time , 1st time the handle was broken off, this time I saw him and heard his truck hit it. I want him to stop hitting it and if he does to stop and say so. The box cost over $100.00 I do not want to have to replace it.Also it would be nice to have the handle replaced.
