Postal Locations

My packages been out for delivery for the last three days and don't drop it off.My wife's package got here fine but doesn't deliver,forth time in the last few weeks,what going on. It's important to be here by today. What?

On a positive note, I was recently mailing a package at the Post Office and got some terrible news about my best friend on my phone. The lady behind the counter who was helping me saw that I was very upset (crying) and she was SO nice. Wanted to know if there was anything she could do to help, walk me to my car, etc. etc. I could tell from the expression on her face that she was truly concerned. I left feeling like I had a new friend. Will definitely stop in and thank her again. I like that post office and the employee.

WE LIVE AT 2302 BENTON AVENUE, RICHLAND, WA. Do we have 2 mailmen? One delivers our incoming mail. But we have another mailman who takes our outgoing mail an hour or so later.

We were left a parcel box key in our mailbox. We tried and tried to get the key to open the box and were unsuccessful. I thought the keys might have been mixed up and tried parcel box 2 and they Box 1 key got stuck. That was 2 days ago.... I need the item the carrier put in box 1. Please fix the lock issue ASAP!!!

My package arrived at this Post Office; West Richland, WA It is where it should be and should have been delivered to me...instead it was sent to Omak, WA and I don't know if I will get it.

The lady that delivers mail on Smith Ave in Richland is very SSSSLLLLLOOOOOOWW. Almost 6;00 still no delivery...

Parcel locker key does not work on any lock. I left it in my regular mail box. Please advise

Hi, I recently received my w2s in the mail from a former employer, and it appeared the envelope was tampered with, then taped shut. Nothing appeared to be missing, but as you know w2s contain sensitive information. Just wanted you to be aware. I do plan to contact my former employer regarding this matter also.

my new mail carrier sucks--- my mail is either missing or not there half the time ----- i want the guy back this girl is horrible!!!!! today didnt get 4 pieces of mail!

I want to report that your stuff (delivery person in South Richland) when she deliver priority mail with signature. NOT wearing mask. Today is June 29th 2020. Washington state has special statement about masks. I had to open door, and grab my mask but I had no time to grab my glasses to protect my self better. She was talking to me and her spit could get to my eyes. You have to protect your customers but your stuff so not responsible. I'll also call on hot line. This is against the governor statement!

PLEASE CAN YOU CHANGE THE KEY FOR THE "PACKAGE BOX" HOLDER ON KRISTIN DRIVE? We received a package and the key left in our letter box does not work. The key is not labeled and hasn't been for months so we don't know which box to open. We tried WD40 and the key would not open either box. please can you replace that key and/or the lock in the box? our address is 3456 Kristin Drive, West Richland. Thanks much!

I live in Richland WA 99354. I was supposed to receive critical medications today. Called the West Richland Post office at 5:30 pm and asked about today's delivery. I was assured we would receive our mail by 8:30 pm at the latest!!! We never received our mail at all today!!! This is not acceptable! I have to work tomorrow and cannot do so without my medication! How would you like it if I took a day's pay from you??? You are totally irresponsible and liable for this neglect. You have not heard the last word on this. I guarantee you!!! I agree with the previous reviewer...You are total morons!!!

You guys obviously can't read !! I had a package sent to my address and you morons changed it and Sent it to a non existent address in Richland instead of West Richland !! You people are blithering idiots on your best day , I needed my part !!

Hello. I live at 323 Sanford avenue Richland There was two days this past week that I never had a mailman come to my house. Monday I know that because I had a DVD in my slot to be picked up by the mailman and it was still there yesterday Tuesday. my house is one of those houses that has the slot on the house where the mail comes into the house. Today I never got any mail service oh, I know that because today is a day when I use I was get the flyers from advertisers I never got flyers. Is there only certain days of the week that my house gets serviced? I had a lot better service when my house was on a dedicated mouse persons route instead of the substitute mail mail carriers route that I'm on now. please put me back on a dedicated male persons route because we are finding out we cannot depend on the substitutes. this is the second time that the mailman did not come to my house there was a time a few months ago I had a bunch of bills to be picked up and they were getting really close to due date and it was exit couple of days before they ever got picked up and this week I had no mail carrier to my house at all Monday and today. so I'm going to ask that you look into what's going on there is also a time to wear the mail carrier I suspect he had dyslexia to you would put the wrong people's mail into the wrong people's house or mailbox example my male would go to the people at 3:21 Sanford and I would get the mail for 324 Sanford I live at 323 Sanford . I am hoping that's not what's going on now thank you

I am uncertain of how reliable the mail people are . Currently every time a package is due for delivery we have to go pick it up cause apparently the mail delivery says no one is home. I am always home very upsetting cause they never answer the phone. They are the worst place to have mail delivered from important papers are always weeks late.

I am watching my grandchildren on Highview St in Richland. Mail carrier truck went spending down the street faster than the 25 miles an hour, please point out there is a stop sign at the end of the street they also missed that

Website says that the post office hours on Saturday's are from 10pm to 2pm. It's not even 1 and the whole place is closed already. Some people can only get their postage mailed on weekdays so having them post false times and them only being open in a small time frame is quite inconvenient.

My mail shows up so incredibly late everyday. I dont get my mail until 7pm, especially this last week !! Very frustrating! Was wondering if there is a time mail is supposed to be delieved by - as i sit here 8pm at night waiting for a package that has been out for delievery since 9am today

Unable to contact West Richland post office every time I call just getting a busy signal doesn't matter what time of day it is during business hours after business hours always constantly busy. Just trying to get a hold of a supervisor.
