Postal Locations

My address is 1358 Tractor Loop E-Wenatchee 98802. I can not open the parcel box 404 1-P. I have tried for several days now. The locks need lubrication. Please check it out. Thank You, Richard

Extremely frustrated that no one has answered the phone at either the post office on Maple Street (509-662-2033) or the annex on Ohme Garden Rd. (509-667-4665) all day!!! We discovered this morning that a large Amazon order had been canceled and after numerous calls and over an hour on the phone we learned it was canceled because USPS said the delivery was refused - no it wasn't - it was never delivered at all!!!! We were able to get through to customer service, but they could only tell us that someone will get back to us in 3-5 days and gave us the local numbers to try to call. So extremely frustrated! I'm stuck at work and our second car is getting new tires today so neither my husband or I can go to the post-office in person at the moment. This order contained birthday presents that won't arrive in time even if we try to reorder. I also have part of my bedroom tore apart because I was expecting to be getting somethings tomorrow. What a joke to have a phone number on your website that even directs people to call if they want to schedule an appointment for passport application, but never answer it! What is going on that you can just let the phone ring non-stop all day long??? I've been in tears all day, I'm so extremely frustrated and upset. Why doesn't anyone ever answer the phone there???

Amazon sent a package. I have the tracking number, said the item was delivered, but it was not. Amazon won't reimburse us because the carrier said it was delivered. I have tried calling for assistance. My other packages arrived that day, on time, but missing one. Can't get any help or assistance.

I have had mail only once in 5 days. I went to the post office and complained and they delivered mail after 7 pm. They have for three days not picked up outgoing mail. Yes, we have snow but if this widowed senior citizen can shovel a path for them, why cannot they deliver? I need to pay bills, hence, I need my mail. The local phone number is not being answered. Terrible service!

My package from Amazon was to be delivered today before 9pm, Zane attempt to deliver was posted on tracking…the”attempt” was in the WRONG TOWN AND WRONG ZIP CODE! I did NOT receive my package …WRONG TOWN WRONg WRONg ZIP CODE!! Result one very very very unhappy Customer. What recourse is available?

our post person is the worst in 45 yr's of me living in this house.. It is my believe that he is holding our mail and then returning it too sender..#38998291.. this is the 3 time Just exactly why was this returned.. it is our corvid tests and this lazy person has pulled this before as retaliation for turning him in for SHOVING OUR MAIL IN OUR SHOOT..

I am checking the availability and cost of a PO Box at the Wenatchee Post Office.

Your carriers cannot read. They continue to take shortcuts when delivering packages to our home. We have a table on our property for items that we give away. It is clearly marked FREE. But yet your carriers do not want to take the packages up the driveway to the house. We have even provided a very large circular driveway for them so they do not have to back up. Lucky for us the last delivery we had on Sunday 9/25 was witnessed so we were able to retrieve the package before one of the folks who check out our FREE table was able to see that package. I have been on the phone for the last 30 minutes trying to reach you....Wenatchee... but you do not answer your phone. As for the package...if it had been taken we would have not been able to find it because the tracking number is the only thing your electronics voices understand. I am convinced that if it was not for Amazon deliveries you folks would have been out of business long ago. Please speak to your Sunday delivery people about this problem......Our regular delivery person is very conscientious, and always comes to the house if needed. Can she do Sunday deliveries? Just scanned the comments. Who is your boss because you guys need new leadership.

8/2/21 I put bill paying letters into my mailbox and put up the flag for pick up. No carrier picked them up. At 7 PM, I pulled the letters back out so the checks didn't get stolen tonight. It was only by good fortune that I even noticed that the flag was still up and the letters were still in the mailbox. If I hadn't noticed, the letters would have stayed there until they either got stolen or picked up by the mail carrier tomorrow. As an American citizen and tax payer I am asking that you all do a better job. Thank you.

Have packages that they say they cannot deliver because of my driveway which is ridiculous because it's paved to my house. Obviously must be a new Carrier and I and I have no way of contacting anyone. I needed these packages and I'm ticked off!!

The WORST service ever!! You can not get ahold of anyone on the phone. The carriers misplace and deliver to the wrong addresses all the time.

How am I suppose to trust my personal letters and notes to make it properly to me when we don't even have a post office crew that wants to help people. Literally the shittiest establishment for customer service in all of Wenatchee Valley

I have the same issue as Dan below. I would appreciate a good number for the manager at this location. Every time I go there mysteriously there is no manager on duty.

where is my packages? Twice now, I have gotten the delivered notice, but the packages were not delivered to me. this was just days apart. When I asked the delivery person what he did with my packages, he acts like he doesn't know what I am talking about. starts shuffling through papers acting like he is looking for sometime. I gave him my tracking number, which he said he would check out. I do believe he knows exactly where my packages are.

I live at 451 N Nile East Wenatchee and I have had stuff delivered to the mailbox next to me way more then a few times the mailing number it on the box and the stuff the is being delivered so what is the problem

I live at 1107 Jean St SE in East Wenatchee. The postal carrier that drives the parcel truck, Mr Strabany will not place parcels next to my front door. He leaves them them on the steps to my deck where they are exposed to public view and the weather. He has also left packages on my pickup truck and by my garbage can which is twenty from my porch. I have tried to talk to him but he just ignores me.

What a terrible thing I read today and it breaks my hearts to see to much rudeness. From Facebook I went to our local post office yesterday at 430pm to mail toys to 4 little kiddos that have cancer and special abilities from our toy drive at bwp. The lady at the post office was so rude! They would not go in the back to get two boxes for me. They said they didn’t have any. They said they only had what was out after the lady announced to everyone in line how horrible it is that I would come In at 430 with a custom mailing request. They would not help me. I now will be driving to chelan to make sure these special warriors get their gifts in time. Be nice people!

Regularly need to call Postal Carrier Manager to report undelivered packages. Carriers are straight up lazy and make-up excuses not to deliver packages that don't fit in the postal box.

When we get packages delivered from them the mail carrier always forgets them and in bigger packages they don't leave them at the door or even let us know they're there I live in a good neighborhood but people go out of their way to go in to good neighborhoods and steal packages so if we don't know they're there why do we have to replace the stolen goods

First number I called is recording only and the questions go on and on. Also, no way to add a second name for holding mail. I finally hung up. Second number (I'm talking Wenatchee here) there is no answer! We have no problem with our delivery person, but we sure do with USPS customer service!

Our mail person keeps delivering neighbors mail to us, wont pick up outgoing mail unless there is incoming. Go to call it in and tells me its a one hour wait time. Go to report it online and there is no submit report button. Cmon usps, you jack all your prices up and the least you can do is provide a reasonable level of service.

It would sure be nice if our post office would answer their phone I have called and called and called and called and all I gets a busy signal. I also called the 800 number and they have no number to refer me to for pickups that were missed.

CALLED 25+ TIMES OVER 30 MINUTES ONLY TO GET THE BUSY SIGNAL 24 TIMES AND ON THE LAST CALL WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR 10 MINUTES AND THE CALL WAS DROPPED. THEN DECIDED TO PHYSICALLY SHOW UP AND WAS BEFOUNDED AT HOW RUDE AND UNHELPFUL THE STAFF WAS. WAS BASICALLY SHOOED OUT THE DOOR. I WILL THINK TWICE ABOUT USING USPS IN THE FUTURE. LOOK ON GOOGLE AT THE REVIEWS AS WELL AND NOTHING BUT ISSUES HERE AT THE WENATCHEE POST OFFICE.

I was blown away by the level of rudeness I experienced when calling the post office to track a package this morning. A woman by the name of Diane should not be working with people. She was blatantly rude to me and spoke to me as though I was a child after putting me on hold for ten minutes with no warning. The postal service of Wenatchee needs to express more consideration into who they have working with the public.

is there not a specific time that mail is supposed to be delivered by for example 5:00 P.M. ?
