Customer service is lacking. Need to talk with representative about my PO Box, but nobody wants too answer the phone at the post office location. Auto service is useless for help.

Glad I travelled 2 hours by bus to get mail I haven't been able to grab for almost a month, only to find out that despite paying over $20 more every 3 months than when I first signed up, that I can't even grab my mail when it's convenient for me anymore. So, 4 hour round trip, and I am empty handed because nobody bothered to send out email notications about this. I think it's about time to look into other options, because I'm not paying all these fee increases, to have less chances to access my mail.

Mailbox on 99th St. east of Columbia Credit Union, has a faulty door. Mail gets caught & stuck before dropping to the bottom. Mail has been very late in arriving on time, do to this problem. Would greatly appreciate someone looking into this. Thank You

Open 9-5 M-F / 11-3 Sat.! Working all those hours and more 45 miles away. As I have to take several hours off work when Signature is needed "they" put my signature on file to help me out. Yet I now again get a yellow slip to come in and sign? Of course you cannot call them...

Periodically receive mail that has been opened. The latest were two statements from my on-line bank on July 17th. One even had an inky thumbprint on the back.
