I would like to offer a positive review. However, at this point I am frustrated and disappointed. We have had 4 pkgs delivered to the wrong address in the last couple of months. We have recovered 1 of them. I have spoken to the carrier annex who have told us who got them but it is not up to me to recover them when it is their error! I don’t want to rent a P.O. Box but I don’t know of any other alternative.

Our mail lady keeps tossing our big packages in our yard or driveway. Even in bad weather.we’ve even lost a package because it was left in the driveway or yard. I received an email stating it was delivered but I never got it.
