The USPS was going to close my account. said I didn’t pick up my mail & the box was full. I called talked with Larry and he remembered me talking with him when I did pick it up. He said he will take care if it. This little PO is very busy even more with tring to reopen after the floods. The people there always put out 110%. Thank you Sumas USPS

Great Service - I am from Canada and cannot get across the border to renew our postbox. US Postmaster Larry helped me immensely by identifying a company in Abbotsford called Letterlock who cross the border twice daily to pick up the mail and pay renewals. A great help in these tough Covid days.

Amazing service. I had a parcel arrive from Hawaii minus my name and most of the address. Josh figured it out and sent it to my Shipping/Receiving service where it eventually got to me after some detective work on my part. Kelsey and Jennifer are great too. We always have a laugh.

A mailbox was installed at my home. Packages have previously delivered #9400110898825013044559 on 6/22. Another package arrived In Sumas for delivery for the second time by USPS on 6/27, out for delivery #9400110200830758195733 on 6/27...email updated indicated undeliverable address. Being returned to sender again. Postmaster needs to be trained on deliver service to his clients in Sumas, WA. Totally unacceptable customer service by USPS Sumas WA 98295.
