grand Blvd. Spokane, Wa 99203. I have unsubscribed, replied by sending the email to whoever. There was a store front called Pigtails Mercantile at this address and they closed shop. I contacted Pigtails and the woman had no answer. I still get emails from #285. What business is located at this address. My snail mail to the address was also returned, NOT DELIVERABLE AS ADDRESSED. THIS WAS SENT TO THE "PIGTAILS MERCANTILE". HOW IS IT THE POST OFFICE DOES NOT KNOW WHO IS REGISTERED AT THIS ADDRESS?
Trying to determine ADDRESSEE for box #285 at the 99203 USPS location. Annoying e-mails with an incomplete address (no addressee). Sent a request by mail to stop the spam, but letter returned because of incomplete address.

Sir our tulips were stomped today by someone delivering materials to our front porch. I am very disappointed. The only other candidate is the paper boy. I also wrote them. The damage is confined to a delivery path to our front porch.
