My mom was very sick and l was gone for a month with her care. The bogus phone number your carrier left because my box is full is NFG. I've got new bank cards, checks and other business coming and haven't got ONE piece of mail. Worthless carrier lazy and useless

I'd like to know why I have not received one piece of mail since Friday, Aug. 7, 2020. Nothing - zip - zero. It's an election year - not even flyers or advertisments. What is going on?
