The incident happened at 4500 9th Ave at 17:00 on January 25. At that time, a post office vehicle, numbered 753390, was parked in the reverse direction, and I was going west from 45 St, turned right and parked, just in front of him, because he was a reverse vehicle He flashed his headlights several times. I mistakenly thought he was going to drive, so I backed up the vehicle and waited for half a minute. He still showed no sign of leaving. I turned my truck and parked back to the original place, he flashed the headlights again, I backed up again, but there was still no sign of driving away. I parked back again, got out of the car and asked, "You want to drive away?" ''He replied that I would not leave. I told him that I would leave after deliver a few boxes to the restaurant at No. 4500. He lied that this parking space only for government vehicles park. I can't park in front of him. I ignored it. Continuing to finish my work, this driver who name Carlos Knuckies, jumped out of the post office vehicle to take pictures of me. He suddenly rushed towards me angrily, I yelled said stop and reminded him wearing the uniform of the post office, representing the post office. At the same time there was a camera in my car. He stopped and stepped back, I reported the incident and photos to my company immediately. Didn't realized Carlos called to my company after 10 minutes I called. He twisted the story around. The performance of attitude of post office employees today is really disappoint and sad.

I haven't received letter mail for over a week. I did get 3 packages last weekend, 2 of which were mis-deliveries, to not one, but two other houses on my street. I called and spoke to someone a few days ago (the stationmaster was unavailable) and they confirmed that they had a stack of mail for me and would be trying to get it to me that day. I called back in the afternoon after a mailman had dropped off a single magazine and spoke with someone else (the stationmaster had left) who said that there were two carriers on my route that day and I'd be getting more mail later. No one else ever came, and the mailman skipped my house entirely the next day. I get that you're short-handed, but this is ridiculous.

address 2142 N 2nd Street had no mail delivery yesterday, September 2, 2022. One day last week we also had no mail delivery. A letter that was sent from a Ballard address on August 31. 2022 still has not arrived. This is taking too long for mail inside the City of Seattle. Phone 206 784 9428. Would certainly appreciate an explanation for missed mail deliveries. Thank you

I’ve called in the recent past with some specific questions and have always been able to speak with someone. Today the voice mail menu says to “stay on the line and someone will be with you shortly” but then the call ends with a “busy signal”. What’s up?

I had some problems with my mail not being placed on hold and Paul from the Wallingford post office called me and got the whole thing sorted out. Thanks, Paul!

I saw a newsman in front of the post office this morning giving a report. I was trying to find what news organization they were. Please post if you know. Thanks.

It is usually a Real Change vendor. Their organization does excellent work. You can learn more at https://www.realchangenews.org/

I was told there were NO stamps available. That is unbelievable. Not to able to purchase stamps at a US post Office!

Why don't you answer your phone? I have a tracking message there was an attempt to deliver a pkg. last night at 6:32 pm and a notice was left. First, I was home, and 2nd, there was no notice left. Usually the packages are just thrown on my front porch. I don't understand what happened with this package.

I have been calling since they opened at 8:30 am (now 11:30 am) and NO ONE has picked up once and each call eventually times out. Terrible service.

I have been to the station twice to alert them that my carrier continues to deliver mail almost daily that has the same house number as mine but a different street. The carrier will even continue to misdeliver mail I have returned with misdelivered written across the face. Yesterday I found two pieces of mail I'd marked that way twice, and addressed to someone else, sitting on the grass clippings in my yard waste bin! Isn't that a felony? My neighbors and I exchange misdelivered mail on our own street, but what happens to our mail left on the wrong street? DO YOUR JOB.

my carrier/landscaper rips triggs and branches off of my shrubs for fear of getting his pith helmet wet. Look dude, rain happens and branches get heavy.Deal with it. Why not leave me a note before going down your path of destruction. I'd be happy to rip up your shrubs..

this is the worst USPS branch I've ever dealt with. they are a joke. they are not delivering LETTERS from THE IRS, thus resulting in HUGE penalties and fees. I've had 9 packages say they are delivered no where to be found. 5 letters from the IRS never delivered. and 8 CHECKS from various places NEVER MADE IT. SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our mail keeps coming later and later. Sometimes it is not there by 10:00 PM. I wake up in the morning and see that it is there before I head out to work at 6:30 AM. I noticed our postal guy making sporadic deliveries. Just tonight at 6:00 PM, I saw him get out of his van and deliver a package to a nearby neighbor and then take off. He never delivered our mail or the package I was expecting (tracking). I'm disappointed in our service lately.

Asked to have a package redelivered on 1/17 from the Wallingford USPS, to a Kirkland address. Have called twice and been reassured they would call back with an answer as to where my degree is. Have not been called back either time. Never ask for tracking number... Have called again today (1 week later), no one will answer the phone. Would appreciate better customer service.

The manager at Wallingford refuses to deliver mail to our location. Even mail that has our specific name on it, Aurora Commons. What do I need to do to get my mail delivered???? We've filed TWO formal complaints, both have somehow been "resolved." I was NEVER contacted about my complaint, both times but each time it was marked as resolved. Any advice here would be GREAT. We need our mail delivered!!!!!!!!!!!!

There is a damaged mail box at 35th and Fremont Avenue. The box won't accept letters and has been plastered with posters on both sides.
