Your Poster7 dealing with photography inside the Post Office clearly states that the person can be told to stop. Auditors quote Only part of it. They then bluff officials and police into letting them disturb services.

I have had piles of mail delivered to me two times when all contents were 6 weeks late. one individual wrote on each piece of mail "sent to wrong address". Each piece of mail had the correct address on it. I am afraid it is happening again because my new insurance information was sent on December 16th and it never arrived. I am awaiting important mail but my mailbox was not filled for two days. The Lake City post office worker was a very rude woman who said my Seattle mail really came from Mountlake Terrace. I've lived in different parts of the country and have never seen such horribly behaved mail employees.

Carrier ignoring THREE mail forward requests (first online, two additional paper requests). It has been two months and all mail is still being delivered to former address. Asked to speak with a supervisor yesterday at Northgate location, and woman working counter rudely stated that there is no supervisor at that location (when there has to be *some* supervising authority), and told me to contact the annex in Mountlake Terrace (which I already have a month ago). Customer service at counter is nil, and carrier is apparently inept, creating a great amount of stress wondering how to receive my mail of the last two months as well as get it forwarded to the proper new address. A basic address change should not be so difficult, nor should customers be blown off so horribly.

I hope the manager will see this note. I was in the post office this afternoon and was helped at the counter by a very sullen and borderline rude employee called Sue. Her customer service manners are non existent, and she needs to be told that it is polite to greet the customer, and the occasional 'please' and 'thank you' would be much appreciated. Her manner is abrasive. I have worked in retail over a great many years, and if at any time I had treated a customer in the way that she behaved, I would probably have been let go. Generally you have pleasant, friendly employees, and the woman who just retired (I forgot her name) was exceptional. It was always a pleasure to be helped by her. Please explain to Sue that her behavior is not acceptable and I hope I shan't have a repeat experience. Thank you for your time.
