I've been trying to get my address changed for quite some time now. The old mailing address I've been useing is a place of business and can not change it to a residential address. I'm not sure what to do, have not been getting my mail.

I haven't received my mail the last few days or seen my mailman and I have been waiting on a letter and a package. Also, I have had the same piece of outgoing mail in my mailbox the whole time. What gives? Why is the mail service here so bad?
