I was told your number is 206-324-5474 is states the number is no longer in service! One of your employees tried to deliver a package to my address and said it was vacant which was a lie! I had a package from Amazon and Ups that day delivered I was told by the one eight hundred number to call this number! What a joke no longer in service?

I have an office in an apartment building, maintenance office, and I get packages ALL THE TIME, but today I was expecting and important package but since it didn't have an "apartment number" the carrier took the package back with him to send to the shipper for "insufficient address". IT HAD THE CORRECT ADDRESS!! AND THE FREAKING POST OFFICE ON BROADWAY HAS A CONSTANT BUSY SIGNAL. Must be nice to work somewhere that you never, ever have to answer a phone and be responsible for your services.

My wife and I are tired of carrier substitutes refusing to deliver mail indoors. Our regular courier has a key. Does he not share it with substitutes? We frequently get no mail on days we're expecting important deliveries. Afterward, it indicates on line "no access." There's an intercom right next to the door to our mailboxes. Is it too much to ask that the carrier use it to ask us to let her/him in? USPS wants to know why they are less popular than ever? Let me guess...

Counter service is great, but I give the office management a F- score! The phone is always busy or not working and I too suspect that the phone is taken off the hook and or calls are being ignored. The deliver person to my building, refuses to follow delivery instructions on the package label and very often will either leave packages in the lobby or outside the building and doesn't bother to at the very least ring the bell of the residents waiting for their packages to prevent stealing. the annex manager is deaf to customer complaints and not doing her job very well as delivery persons are obviously not being held accountable. I have zero confidence that annex manager/supervisor, will in any way address the issue nor solve the problems with deliveries at the Capital Hill Post Office!

Our postman sometimes puts our mail in another box at another address, and/or puts someone else's mail at our address. Sometimes the mail is off by several buildings or streets. This usually doesn't matter, but . . . our new credit cards went to the wrong address and only today, after calling the credit card office, did we learn that someone had returned them to the company. New ones are now being sent. We hope they actually get here.

It is useless to call them. You reschedule deliveries and they ignore the requests. They pick the phone up in the morning and take it off the hook so it always rings busy. The service is absolutely useless.
