Amazon said USPS delivered a package to a parcel locker on Friday October 8th. However I never received a key to open it. And of course today is a holiday so I can't get ahold of anyoe and no one is coming out to give a key. This makes me very unhappy.

I have a few items that cause me concern with regards to the USPS delivery people on my route. There have been several times in the last year when the delivery person wasn’t capable of finding my front door, despite the large numbers and letters that appear on each building. I had not checked on Amazon whether my package was arriving today or by Wednesday, but I did hear the Mail delivery truck outside and saw the delivery person walking up to the building across from me, which is building B and I’m fairly certain that letter looks different from the letter C, which is the building I live in, so I didn’t think much of it and went about my tasks. After dinner I looked on the Amazon page where my order resides and found this: Monday, April 12 6:13 PM Carrier is unable to gain access to front door to deliver the package. Please contact the carrier to resolve Renton, WA 6:13 PM Delivery attempted Renton, WA US So, when it says that the Carrier is unable to gain access to the front door to deliver the package, I decided to take a photo of my door… open. (See below) So when the says “Unable to gain access”, I’m bewildered as to any sort of obstruction that might be in their way. All they had to do was walk up to my door and knock. If for some reason I were unable to answer the door, they could easily have placed the package behind the walls on the front porch so that I could retrieve it. IMG_4095.jpeg Which brings me to another item, albeit related. Why is it that all the delivery people from USPS aren’t briefed, in general, but especially at the holiday season, that they should, if possible, place package deliveries out of the sight of potential porch pirates? There are two areas on my porch where it is obvious that packages can be place out of sight of these porch pirates. It just makes (common) sense. Hope I get my package soon. Sincerely, Mike

Yolanda Shaw, the postmaster was supposed to reimburse me $200 for training that I took and never received on the job instruction. I have faxed and emailed the correct form over 8 times since 2019. Last email sent on August 20th - still no word from Yolanda Shaw.

Yet again this post office has lost my incoming package inside this facility or put it in someone elses po box. I pay for a po box to have my packages delivered safely and securely. But whose to keep my package safe and secure from dishonest employees or carelessness.

Several po boxes were broken into Back in March. Including mine. I was never notified. When I went to the front desk the next day I asked why I had not been notified and the girl said they were in the process of notifying but there were around 100 boxes and it was taking some time. And they were waiting on new locks. I was never notified about the break in and also never contacted to let me know a new lock was put on. But yet they have no problem notifying me when my box rent is due. This is unacceptable!

I've been trying to call the 116th Ave SE Renton office all afternoon. No one is answering the phone. It gives me 3 options & then asks me to stay on the line for an operator to help me. After over 40 rings I get cut off and hear a busy signal. All I want to know is if the self serve postage machine is fixed yet so I don't have to make a wasted trip like I did Monday night :(

A USPS driver came speeding into our parking lot driving while talking on his cell phone. The truck number was 2209575. It was not appreciated that he whipped between parked cars one handed. Please address drivers to the state law.

We put a hold on our delivery while out of town for a week. When we returned the post office (117th St.) Said they had nothing for us. Simply impossible, but what could we do. Three months later we began to receive mail from that hold period. I filed complaints with the postal inspector, but am not optimistic. Additionally called the office to complain and was informed that I couldn't make such accusations. Then I was told the carrier for my route was no longer an employee...interesting and suspicious.

My sister recently mailed a package to me. The content was food. It was in a styrofoam box. It was mailed 2 days priorty delivery. My sister told me it will be delivered within 2 days because it was frozen. We did not get it. I called my sister to tell her about it. She called the mailling p.o. to let them know about the situation, they tracked and found out that the carrier took it to apartment office. The person did not even tried to bring it to apt. I know this package was not to the door because there was not a notice left on the door. About 5 days later, the maintainence man brought it to the door. The food was spoiled. This is the kind of service you get from this post office. I always thought if paid for home delivery, it suppose to come to your door, especially if it is priorty mail.

I totally get the anger about basic post office service! Been there!! However I do my bulk mailing out of this post office and I have never had a problem with any of the clerks. This is also the BEST bulk office I've worked with in 30 years of bulk mailing in the Seattle area! Helpful, respectful and responsive.

I have never had worse mail service either and if the carriers are truly stealing mail it would make sense why I have not received any bank cards or drivers licenses or other important items that I need to survive because when they are mailed out the NEVER arrive to me. I have spoken to my carrier with no solution and the post master does not respond to lost mail or other issues. I now am without a DL or banking cards because they disappear before reaching me.

I have had the worst service ever here at Renton post office. Since I moving into my new apartment even after putting in my name in the mailbox all my mails have been returned to sender and I have been receiving calls, from people whom have been trying to send me mail asking if I had given them the correct address. I went to the post office filled out the blue form showing names of residents in the apartment but still I am having a nightmare. Then recently a check was sent to me via registered mail I waited for it and finally decided to track it since it had taken longer than usual that was on Saturday the 15th of July only to see they had written tried delivering mail but no one was in the house so a notice was left. I was very surprised because I did not receive any notice so I decided to go to the post office that same morning when I got there the mailman who was handing over mail almost slammed the door at me telling me I don't have a slip when I asked to speak to the manager he said there was no manager on Saturdays only then did he agree to check my mail. Today again I received a text message from my insurance they asked me if I had changed my address because they sent me mail and they received it back with RTS written on it. So I called 425-255-6389, a man picked it up I asked to speak to a manager he was quick to tell me there was no manager at that station he was the supervisor so I explained my issue he was not even interested he quickly asked me for my mailing address before I could complete it he told me I had a wrong number he gave me another number to call 425-227-6304 I asked for his name he disconnected the line. I tried calling that number but it is always busy. Who can I talk to and why is services here the worst ever experienced, I have live in Auburn and Kent and the postmen were very friendly and helpful I have never felt so ill treated as I have in this new address.

This is truly one of the worst post offices. The manager James is always hiding in the back trying to avoid work and it's often that the line is very long and they only have one or two people working out front, but usually it's just the one person.

This is the worst post office. They do not deliver the mail, they steal it. We have had a box here over 20 years. The last 5 yrs have been a nightmare. This postmaster is the worst....doesn't or can't control his employees. No wonder postal workers have a bad name. My family retired from the usps. Now I am filing a formal complaint with OPM and the inspectors against this office and the postmaster specifically.
