The mail carrier working 10/23 left 2 packages that would not fit inside the mailbox, on top of my ground cover plants. The front porch with cameras is only 20 feet away. UPS is wonderful about delivering to the door, but this is the 3rd time in 2 months that packages were left beside the mailbox, whom anyone could just grab passing by. They are not heavy at all, but they were also not cheap. Anyone could drive by, and see the boxes were parts for a vehichle and easily could be swiped. At my old residence, if a package didnt fit, the carrier would leave a note, or drive down the road to put it on the door step.

The postal workers here are AMAZING! They are responsive to phone calls, have a great attitude, help in all the ways they can and generally are fabulous to work with. As a small town, rural PO goes, they are one of the best!

As far as customer service goes the two ladies that work up front are a disaster for customer service this is one reason the postal service is lacking mail distribution why get hassled at the post office when you can do it via computer I feel the new postmaster needs to have a get tiff attitude the union will not support bad attitudes it seems as though they feel they ate above the customers and if wasn't for the customers they would not be needed.

My mailman in Raymond, WA is so lazy that even though he knows that I am always home he will nor deign to get out of his vehicle any farther than to place a package under my mailbox which is affixed to my house laying it onto the wet ground. He will also fill out a slip to have me go to the post office for certified mail rather than come to my door to deliver it. I have also watched him eating, munching whatever by the window where my mailbox is, taking a small break before driving off. He is such a stupid, lazy dweeb.
