Had an encounter with a tan female postal lady when I worked on my customers property today. However she did greet me by saying hi and good morning. She has a beautiful smile and we did make eye contact. Anyone knows who she is?

Thank you to my mail lady Sara for delivering all my packages on my porch nicely. On Saturday a male delivered my mail then tossed my package on my porch. I really don't appreciate my package being handled inappropriately. Tried calling post office on Saturday but it was closed.

First of all I will start by saying I received a notice in the mail. Notice says I need to trim my tree branches which is about a feet after my mailbox and to fill in pot holes with gravel at departure. First of all it is the county's job to trim the branches and weeds by my mailbox. I recently paid $30 to fill pot holes since my mail and orders were put on hold for almost a week. Now I will need to cut the branches. I spoke to my mail lady Jen who did mention if I was unable to cut my branches, she will not deliver my mail and it will be on hold due to causing damage to the mail truck. She mentioned that I could move my mailbox further down where no trees are close by. I really thought her suggestion was a great idea instead of waiting for county to trim it. Although I've never had any problems with her before, she really is a nice person and always seem to be early. She really is a funny person to speak too. Only complaint I have is to not call the post office for questions. Somehow when i ask questions regarding my notice, the person who answers don't really know anything. All they say is if you need to speak to your carrier, call within the hours of 7am- 9am. Instead I left my carrier a note in the mailbox and Jen called me instantly when she received my note. Finally someone cares at the post office.

Thank you Rainier for your outstanding service I received at the post office. Employees who work here are so friendly and cheerful. Although I heard a lot of laughing in the back from emloyees which made me laugh while being here. I recently moved from Dupont and haven't had any problems like I did recently. On the plus side, i have a hot and most beautiful mail lady. Don't know her name but she has rather tan skin tone. Guess i have to find out her name. She does an outstanding job and always early. I live on Runyon in Rainier, WA. Last year I have been receiving my mail late about 5-6pm. We use to have a male mailman deliver our mail, lately it's been a girl. I'm not sure if the male mailman is no longer at the post office but wow this girl is on it and quick. Now i receive my mail early between 1pm-2pm. I couldn't be happier. Thank you for your hardwork whoever you are.

I love my mail carrier Gem. She actually is a Gem. I have never received my mail early in the morning living here for 15 years. She always talks to me while delivering my packages. She did mention she came from Yelm post office. I believe thats the real reason this girl is fast doing her job. All in all, she does a awesome job.

The workers at this location will not deliver a package to my house even though it is within the .5 mile limit from the main road. It is actually .2 miles. When I try to talk to them they always give an excuse and act like its my fault for not living on the road. The do not care about customer support and will take the easy way out every time. I just moved into their town 6 weeks ago and the neighboring town (literally right next door 5 miles away) did this with no issues and was very friendly and professional. They do not even bring the package with them anymore only the slip saying i can pick it up now. I have even been at the mailbox able to get my mail and they gave me a pickup slip instead of the package.
