Mail boxes on Olalla Valley road between Fragaria and Mullenix were opened by someone between 6 and 1030 a.m.

Extremely nice and helpful at this location. Hands down the friendliest postal workers I have ever dealt with and they are knowledgeable and move the line along fast.

I can understand how horrible things have been for the USPS. Under staffed, over worked, and just in general how busy it can be. But your post-people seem to have no consideration for their deliveries. They will literally shove packages marked FRAGILE in HALF just to not put it at the house. I'm really disappointed how often our delivery person just rams things into our mail box. Is there a safe word I'm supposed to be using? I now have to repay for the present and that is really irritating.

I am not satisfied with the delivery service in my area. Too much of my mail is going to the neighbors' houses. My mail & packages clearly have my correct address on them, yet it does not get TO ME! If the neighbor, where it is left at is honest, I will get the item.  So, is it up to me to hunt down my missing mail, & hope I can locate it?Is there a new mail carrier on my route? I received a package in an envelope last week. It was at least 6" wide by about 12". My mailbox is only 3" wide! I know, I measured it, because I send out items for ebay. Whatever does not fit gets taken to the post office, or picked up. The item in the envelope was a xmas present. The envelope was filthy & ripped open. The box inside was crushed & ripped. Miraculously, the item was somehow saved. How can I wrap this present in the box it came in & give it as a gift now? Even worse. When I went out to tell the carrier about the mail going to the wrong address, plus the crushed/ripped package that I had received...he said..... NOTHING! Nothing. No apology. No explanation. Is this how I should perceive that the USPS is run? Not at all happy.

We've had no mail delivery for the last 2 days on SW Lider Rd in Port Orchard. Can you explain what is going on?

My mail is being forwarded and I have not moved. Neither have the OTHER 2 BUSINESSES at my address. One business moved and ALL mail is being forwarded to their new address. I call the PO direct and and snottily told that since that ONE business moved that all mail is forwarded from this address since obviously an interlock company, a transportation service and a roofing company ALL are part of a graphics company that we must have moved. This is not the first issue I've had with this branch. I put in the address line that my business is in the garage. That would mean that it needs to go to anywhere BUT the garage. I have also been told that a package, with MY NAME on it is not for me. Or how about not being able to deliver items because my driveway or front door is "Inaccessible" after 5pm. The sign shop closed at 5 so if their closed, they cant deliver. How about not being able to locate an address that's been here for AT LEAST 40 YEARS. Lazy drivers, lousy management, incompetent employees. If I could NOT go USPS for deliveries, I WOULD.

The lobby hours as of July 2020 is 6 am to 7 pm. Today (7-7-2020) the doors were locked at 6:20 am and I could not access my P.O. box. I tried knocking and blew my car horn several times, I paid my P.O. box fees, I should be able to access it in the hours specified.

I live in the Rutherford/ Strathmore area of Mccormick Woods and I am just wondering if our neighborhoods will ever get mail again. We have received ZERO mail this week- not Monday, not Tuesday, and not today. This is getting beyond ridiculous. Worst service I have ever seen in my life

We live on long lake rd. We have had the worst experiences with our postal deliveryman. They hold our packages for a few days at a time, per our web information. They have gave me slips stating we were not home and couldn't deliver packages, when we were for sure home, and actuallydilivered one package in mail box. I've had emails telling me a package was delivered when it wasnt and git delivered the next day with other packages. We have a serious theft problem on our road and we have a locking mail box now, our deliveryman doesnt push our mail all the way into slot leaving our mail available for theft. It is getting to be very frustrating.

it appears that a group of thieves and vandals are damaging mail boxes near banner road, while I think the neighborhood mailboxes help the USPS be more efficient it would be nice to have the ability for a security camera to be on them to help identify the vandals.

I was expecting a letter I would have to sign for. I put my dogs away in a back bedroom in anticipation of a knock on the door. While getting my youngest a drink I watched the mail carrier back down my drive way, walk up onto the porch, and then walk away. No knock, nothing. I heard the mail truck start again and start to drive away. I had to chase him down the driveway to get my letter. Upon my return to the door I saw the "undeliverable" notice he had thrown on the porch. I called the post office to file a complaint. He didn't even TRY to deliver the mail! I was told that if a mail carrier hears a dog barking in the house (yes my dogs bark when they hear some one pull into the driveway), they are not allowed to knock or even get out of their vehicle. And that I should consider myself: "fortunate that he was *generous enough* to walk onto the porch to post the undeliverable notice, in spite of my *vicious animals*". (His exact words, stars indicate heavy emphasis in his tone.) So because I have dogs I won't get mail that I have to sign for (and sometimes even packages) unless I wait for 3 days for them to "attempt to deliver" (I was informed the driver will "attempt" to deliver 3 times before returning the mail to the post office), then go down to the post office on the 4th day, pray my mail has made it off the truck and hasn't been lost, stand in line and wait for them to find it. I was also told that my address has been "noted in the system" that we have dogs and that the delivery driver will be told not to attempt any porch or signature deliveries any more.

I ordered two items in February. I received the frst item after it was several days past the delivery email. Th second item was never received and says it was delivered "on the porch at the door". I do not have a porch and never received the item. Poor service and noone is liable?

I would like to have my mail put in my box. My neighbor brought my bills to me that were put in his box. Those bills were sent on the first of the month and were delivered 2 weeks late. I also have my neighbors mail in my box. We have not had difficulty on Beach Dr before but it is getting out of hand. This is on Beach Dr to Manchester. I would like to know if the postal service is trying to fix this problem

Please issue a statement regarding the USPS Manchester, WA plan to improve consistency of mail delivery. We received no mail delivery yesterday and verified it up and down Colchester Dr. Beyond that, the time mail is delivered could vary from 2PM to after 8PM. Our small group of boxes was hit by thieves last month and we're all a bit tense. It would be nice to know (within a reasonable period) when out mail will be available...

There was no mail delivery yesterday: I know because I put a letter in the mailbox yesterday morning for pickup, and it's still there 24 hours later, and because I get the Wall Street Journal every day in the mail, and it didn't come. That's the third time you've missed delivery in the last couple of years. Before that, I can't remember a single missed delivery.

Our mail delivery lady, Theresa, is extremely UNPLEASANT. Quite rude, and she never closes our mailbox properly, so our mail is ALWAYS wet! Our voters ballots came wet! Really? It takes the smallest bit of effort to CLOSE a mailbox. Push it closed. Done. She just props it up instead of actually closing it. Thanks. It's really Not that hard. And please don't be rude.

They do the same thing to my box aswell. They leave it open all the time and then try to justify it when I call them on the phone to complain. Saying things like "We don't want to knock the box of the post," or "If the box is shaky we can't close it with one hand." My box is screwed down tight. It is a simple task to close a mailbox, they fail at it constantly.
