I arrived at 8:15 AM and had the best experience possible. Help finding a smaller box to mail that fit everything I was sending, friendly interactions, great service. If you are able to arrive during off peak hours you will like the USPS much better.

WHY does the post office feel they have the right to send my new drivers license BACK with no regard the inconvenience it will cause, without asking, checking? I was completely vetted for a realID and paid for this license to my new address. WHY would the post office send it BACK???

Hello, A concerned resident came into the leasing office stating that all mailboxes were left open. I attempted to call the 800 number and the 360 office number and was not able to speak to a representative. I was able to close all the boxes. Can someone please return to confirm they are all locked? Thank you

Lazy, inconsiderate driver chooses to leave our packages in a place where porch pirates can see them. If they were caring or considerate they would put the package 24 inches to the side, out of view. If the carrier cared they would spend the extra 1.5 seconds and put the package out of view

God, you all are horrible. Do you know what postal service employees have to go through? Their TRUCKS DON'T HAVE AIRBAGS. They get VERY LITTLE FUNDING from the government, and here you bratty old bats are complaining about them because your package wasn't gilded in gold. So, you tacky old Karens should shut up and go back to playing Bingo at the community center. Don't you have something else to do besides harrassing people? You're so sad.

Several times my mail carrier for 4430 36th Avenue NE, Olympia, has crammed packages into my mailbox when they are obviously too large. Today I am unable to remove the package from my mailbox. I have to send my husband out to see if he can get it out. I know the mail carriers are very busy but that is very poor customer service.

I have received the worse customer service when trying to get information on why a package did not get delivered. Line it states delivery attempted - no access to delivery location - awful funny my mailman delivered the mail today and he had no issue so why did this package get routine the wrong way? I would like my package to get delivered as soon as possible, it should have gotten here today so why is it not delivered. And who is going to investigate this to find out why this keeps on happening to me.

INFERIOR PACKAGE DELIVERY at 1309 Fern Ridge Place!!! Using the Management Office for what what became STORAGE of EASY to the Door Delivery!!! VERY, VERY, VERY, poor USPS service. Became an EASILY prosecutable FEDERAL crime, ATTEMPTED WITH-HOLDING OF $200 package ordered on AMAZON. YOU Olympia USPS deserve prosecution. Delivery the Packages. KNOCK LOUDLY!!! Don't just dump it at the door then race off in your DELIVERY truck. DO YOUR JOB!!!

My power bill was on my Informed Delivery on the 13th, it was not in my delivery that day or the next.......Where is it? We have had a lot of substitute drivers and have had problems, our regular mail person has not had that issue, so, where is my power bill?

If the mail person elects not to lock a large multi-unit mailbox for a commercial building and leaves all of their mail available for the taking who is someone supposed to call to have it secured. I spent over an hour of my work day calling and letting the phone ring on and on and pressing buttons through unhelpful menus and never once able to get an actual person on the phone? Shouldn't the post office be held liable for the theft in such an instance? Because I don't know what else to do! I understand you may not want to talk to a thousand angry package missing people every day but there needs to be a way to communicate these kinds of time sensitive issues and remedy them.

I'm dealing with trying to find my package,, but they dont answer their phone. It's been10days since they marked it "delivered to parcel locker" then a note in my mail box saying it was too big. I responded for redelivery to my front door, I have heard nothing back, and the phone disconnects after ringing forever. It's been 10days! Its. Een reported delivered to business I bought from but I haven't seen it! I finally have a day off where I get to waste my time and pick up the package myself nearly 2weeks later, since its clearly not being delivered, but not if they dont answer their phone to tell me where it is 😒

February 9th we received no mail. We are a business and always have at least one or two pieces of mail. I tried calling the main branch on Jefferson which is the station that serves our business. No answer of course. I tried all day. I have never in the past had anyone answer that number either. We have another business across the parking lot from us, and routinely almost every week some of our mail is delivered to our neighbors. We have reported this, talked to the mail carriers about this, and nothing changes. Now we just roll our eyes and trade mail. This is getting so frustrating.

In the last couple of weeks there have been several delivery errors to my address in Grass Lake Village in West Olympia. Twice in the last week I’ve received packages that don’t belong to me so I’ve delivered them to the correct address. I also was supposed to have received a package and tracking from USPS says it was delivered but I did not receive it. I tried to call to local post office but there is no way to reach a person or to leave a message. If there is a carrier issue I think the post office needs to know but there isn’t a way to leave feedback short of going into a post office. I can appreciate the challenges for the post office during the pandemic but I think feedback if there are specific problems should be easier and helpful for overall efficiency of operations.

I have had 2 Amazon packages literally thrown at the door causing the items to break. I didn’t complain because amazon is good about replacing broken items and I figured with covid y’all deserved a little grace. But it’s progressively gotten worse. Today, once again, a heavy package was thrown breaking the contents and the flowers in the flower bed it was thrown onto. What the hell?! The flower bed?! And this time it was a gift from family so no Amazon to cover your terrible service. Seriously disappointed! An hour hold to talk to a human too. Olympia USPS is the worst!!!!

I live at a SE 98501 address. For years I had excellent mail delivery. However over the past year the quality of delivery has significantly declined. I subscribe to the Wall Street Journal, delivered by mail. I typically do not get the paper each day. Instead they come one or two days late and in groups of two or three days. At the same time, the junk mail that goes straight to recycle almost never fails to arrive. As I write this at 6:20 PM on Tuesday June 2, 2020; mail for today has not yet arrived. Not even the junk mail. All the postal people I have met are polite and pleasant. Somehow the systems fails continually. I do miss my outstanding carrier from past years. Today, I wish I had another option to USPS.

Good afternoon. Who was the woman who was delivering packages to Champion Street, Scott Lake In Olympia on Memorial Day? I don’t appreciate her throwing our package at the back wheel of the car and landing on the grass on a rainy day. On all days of today. Please write me back and let us know what the heck this was all about. This is absolutely atrocious behavior from the postal service.

Why are you in the shipping business?. I have been waiting for a month to recieve a package, which finally shipped and now you can't deliver because it is 8 feet long and won't fit in your truck. Stay with just mail and leave the shipping to the real shipping companys, please. This is the third time now.

We keep receiving notes from the postal office in our community mail boxes that they tried to deliver to our home but no one was home. Not only are we home each time this has happens, our doorbell never rings, no door knocks, and our camera system never picks up a soul from the postal office coming by our house. This time it was a birthday present, now days late and still not recieved.

Carrier states he can not deliver mail stating husband truck is to close to mail box. Took pictures and discuss with supervisor and supervisor felt is was parked far enough away. Mail carrier came back to my door and stated he was going to stop delivery even through I stated my husband truck has not moved for 2 weeks. Carrier told me that was “not true”. Excuss me but did he just call me a liar? Felt like it. I tried to call the Olympia post office NUMEROUS times to talk to the supervisor again but the phone rang and rang and no one answered. Went around the neighborhood and took pictures of cars parked closer to the mall boxes than my husband truck. I am going to continue trying until this matter gets resolved.

I received two messages stating the USPS person had issues making a delivery of a package to my house yesterday. The first message stated “the business was closed.” My address is a private residence. The second messages stated “the person was unable to access my front door.” There is nothing blocking my driveway, sidewalk or the front door. I reviewed my Ring devices and found there is no evidence that anyone attempted to make deliveries at the times reported in the messages. I tried to call and speak with a representative of the Post Office but couldn’t get past the automated system.

My family's mail has not been delivered for more than a month. I was expecting lab results and my work paycheck. I walked personally on the post office and gave a change of address not only once, but three times. My husband try to change the location on line and they are claiming it has only the change was only done via computer. I asked the clerk were was my mail and he said he did not know, he did not help me or guide me to resolve finding my mail. I have to keep asking the clerk for information. I decided to talk to the supervisor and the the supervisor argued that no changed has happened instead of asking the clerk which was there for verification. He used unprofessional words as well. I mentioned to please choose his words better because the way the was talking to me was not very professional. He promised a call to let me know where my mail is the next day. Up do now no calls have been made. I will have to go to the branch and talk to hopefully another supervisor who can help me. I have not seen my mail for a long time. I hope this gets resolved soon. Tell me what would you do in my situation.

I was behind postal vehicle 1268250 on way to work this morning. The cigarette it flicked out its window hit my windshield-very non-professional for a government vehicle/employee. Also, while attempting to even get on I-5 it drove partially on side of road instead of getting into actual lane. When it finally got into the lane, it only drove about 45 MPH then tapped brakes non stop. Perhaps employee needs drivers education training?

The package did not deliver to my address BUT it was sent (by the mail carrier) to a parcel locker (according to the USPS tracking note). I do not receive it yet and feel bad/worry that my package may lost/stolen. I called the Main Postal office but no one answered. I do not know where the parcel locker is. Can you help/advice? Thanks. 12/08/2018

Someone is always home and we watch for the mail to get it immediately, and we are not getting our packages, yet it says they left the Olympia post office. I live on Case rd. 98512, seems very strange its happened to me 3 times back to back, I think the mail carrier should make sure it goes to the right house or mailbox,

Our carrier lies about attempting to deliver packages. When I tried to confront him about why he left me a Failed Delivery notice while I was RIGHT THERE waiting for the package I'd paid to be delivered via Priority Express, he actually tried to run me down with his mail truck. My zip is 98502. This is not the first time this guy has refused to deliver and lied about it. The other thing he does is sign for packages himself and then leave them on the street instead of bringing them to the door. I wish we could all get together and take this Olympia USPS to court!!

I have a tracked letter that left Seattle over 24hrs ago and nobody seems to know where it is. I have talked to Lacey PO, the sorting center in Tacoma, the support center in Seattle. I have tried to contact Olympia PO but there is nobody to talk to, just a recording. The 800 number just goes around in circles once it has the tracking number it says the item left Seattle and is in route. This is insane! We need this item! I should have used UPS! The stupid part is that I mailed a birthday card to the same address at the same time and that got there. The tracked item is missing...go figure!

Seriously, in these days of people taking packages off porches, you're gonna leave a package AT THE CURB FOR ANYONE WALKING BY TO PICK UP?? Our normal mail carrier would NEVER do this!! Very upset about this! And, yes...I have a picture of this!

How do I contact a manager at the main Olympia Post Office? You cannot leave a message at the main phone number above? The message says if you need assistance, please press "0". When you press "0", the message says you have entered an invalid extensiona and to please press "0" if you need assistance - putting you in an infinite voice message loop. Our mail carrier refused to deliver our mail today after my daughter went up to him and apologized for our dog being in the yard (on a leash) and went directly to him to get our mail. He refused to give us our mail and did not acknowledge my daughter's apology.
