Huge thanks to Kelly at the Ocean Shores Post Office today. Friendly, efficient, and professional are all descriptors that work, but she went above and beyond today in a successful effort to fix a screwup at another post office.

More than 1.5 years I have been attempting to get a mailbox I can reasonably access on my property and receive my mail at home, rather than having to drive each day or so to the post office. It is going to take an act of God to accomplish this. Absolutely ridiculous!

They now hire people on drugs at the post office. I have lived her 20 years or more and the person who delivers my mail now is clearly high and speeds in a company van down our street and gives me horrible looks.. looks like she brings her wife on her route who gets out and smokes. Such a horrible look. a neighbor of mine said her name was carissa. I will be filing a complaint as high as i need too.

My complaint is also file with the inspector General. Whoever is supposed to be in charge at this location is NOT doing their job. Lazy carrier leave mail wherever they choose in elevator or vestibule on the floor. You try using tracking and it will show when your package went out for delivery and then it goes MIA and then it pops up again. So these contract curriers must just leave it in vehicles over night or all weekend in this case. Our U.S mail isn’t handled properly once it arrives in ocean shores.

Trying to reach this place is a nightmare. I am traveling and trying to reach out to someone who may care about their job and my mail. I had it held for 30 days that’s the max. WTH I am gone for 90 days. So sick of voicemails and recordings and then hang ups.

They don't answer the phone. Going days without delivery; outgoing mall has been sitting for days. Box flag has been up since last week. Constantly get mail address to other addresses.
