I have been on the phone the last 2 days to get my packages that are for kids for Christmas and other needed items and have had nothing but problems even with redelivery with every excuse about mail box full when it is empty to they wont deliver to porch when I have a picture from right at this moment of a big brown UPS truck turning around in my driveway turn around! (Have had no problems with the call center, the problem is with the local post office delivering) A smaller vehicle would have no issues turning around in the turn around spot in my driveway if a big brown UPS van can. I have had no problems with FedEx delivering or UPS delivering, but have had every problem possible with USPS delivery and I pay for this delivery service when ordering items, which should be free or free to shipper if shipping is free and paid by shipper, if there is no delivery and redelivery as I cannot receive my packages I have paid for and paid to receive, but do not receive my ordered items when shipped with USPS. You have to sign up for an account to schedule redelivery online and give your phone number so why cant they call and try and figure something out so delivery can be possible? When you cannot walk or drive you cannot go pick up packages from the local post office and I do not have anyone that can go to the post office to pick up before the post office closes, which that is an inconvenience to ask someone else to spend their time and gas, or I pay for their gas to pick up packages I already paid to have USPS deliver. Or ask them to miss work or get off work to go pick up packages, so they lose income for their families. Are customers expected to pay someone to pick up packages in addition to paying USPS for shipping and to supposedly deliever when they do not. Please address this issue as some paying customers cannot drive to post office if the delivery driver will not deliver

Hi Just wondering about a couple of things.... why is there no handicap access to entrance? The doors only open OUT, and I have a hard enough time entering when I am fully loaded down with packages, and I am fully able bodied. Unless someone is right there, it is very difficult to open the door, so what do handicapped people do? The main entrance should have some sort of accessibility for people in wheel chairs don’t you think?

I assumed a package was supposed to show up today (Saturday November 19, 2016) so yesterday I asked a postal clerk behind the counter if there was a possibility that they could put the package in a large package box since I knew the office doesn't open on saturdays (because that is helpful). I was supposed to move out of state tomorrow but the keys to my new place are somewhere in the post office. Not in my personal PO box and there was no key to open another bin. This now puts me days behind schedule and out of money for a plane ticket. This is absolutely unsatisfactory and unprofessional. Between the reviews I have read and my personal experiences this office seriousally needs to get their act together. I will be in contact first thing Monday morning. I hope you resolve these issues.
